please reply , Dear Sir Four employees were dismissed from Company for their grave misconducts. They are office bearers of a Trade Union. Now they are maligning the HR Head by posting nasty messages on Face Book. Is there any provision to take action under Trade Union Act apart from filing a defamation suit against them?.
