    Great video - thanks for sharing! I know that stress, under eating and over exercising all works together to create HA but would you say stress is the worse out of all three?

    Nope! I'd say everyone is different and all three are really big players. I think most people wish it was stress so that they didn't have to address eating more honestly.

    Undereating is stress. Overexercising is stress. Undereating and overexercising is massive overstress. Undereating and overexercising and other stress is the apocalypse.

    Hey, AWESOME video! I have a question about BBT and CV. Is it normal in recovery to have your BBT at 97.4 consistently and to see a little CV for a while (like a couple of weeks)? Is that too low of a BBT (I know you said 97.5) and is this too long to be seeing CM? Thanks in advance!

    That is a common thing yes AND that is a normal BBT range :) CM will come and go in all kinds of ways during HA. Until you're cycling normally, expect to see it come and go in an indistinct pattern.

    Thanks for this! So I am weight restored, eat with food freedom, exercise has been cut back, body temp is a little higher than before, now around 96-97 degrees. Had blood work done and while they are in ‘range’, they are at the lower end of each range (LH, FSH, estrogen, progesterone). Do I just keep doing what I am doing and I will see some improvements?
