    For recovery, should we be swapping out the leanest meats with fattier ones? All the fitness and diet girlies and guys really beat it into your head that the leaner, the better, but is the opposite true for HA?

    @@DaniSheriff It helped me get MY period back. I upped my red meat intake this month and managed to get my third recovery period after nearly a month of cutting corners/pulling back.😭

    I love this but I have such a hard time getting enough protien due to histamine/MCAS. I can only eat muscle meat for my protien and that tends to only be lamb and chicken which I know gives me a terrible amino acid profile. Struggling to get my period back, any tips ?
