I feel your frustration. So far I have all positive experience with TOyswonderland. Even had a figure returned with lilttle hassle. But my experience is all with in stock items. I have 2 pre-orders with them hopefully nothing goes wrong.

Great Shirt! ;) Currently have my first figure on preorder from TW, very curious how everything will work out seeing all these kind of warnings pop up around me. Will be my one and only figure from there since my normal place (TBA) didn't carry the figure. The fact that you can't cancel orders without getting money back bothers me the most.

Yup. That “store credit option”. If you threaten informing your credit card apparently they send you a link to apply for refund but I haven’t gone down that route so can’t be sure.

I buy from TW all the time and this guy is absolutely right about everything he’s saying. I too only buy from them because some times the prices drop so low they just can’t be beat or I buy cause I want a figure early or I want a third party figure. But no disrespect to Justin’s collection cause I love his videos, if your not justin you will have big delays on the shipping even if you pick the faster shipping speed and even if you see a tracking number

had the same issue with them. clearly to me they do batch shipping weekly, I had to wait for 6 days total after they marked the item as "shipped" so just beware that when using them you may need to wait up to two weeks before DHL or whoever you select to actually pick the item up. it's been a day since DHL picked the item up and tracking showing everything is normal. Jus something to take into consideration when ordering from them that you may be waiting awhile for the item to ACTUALLY ship.

It is exactly as Loomis says. Two orders were confirmed to be shipped on the same day, one of them arriving safely within a few days, but the other one not changing its tracking status in over a week. After contacting their customer service about this, they apologized for the delay and DHL actually picked up the parcel an hour or so later.

Hi! I’m from Ireland too and usually use eBay and the secondary market to get my HT’s. However I’m wanting to get all the No way Home figures whenever they come out. Where would you recommend I could get them from? Was thinking sideshow but the customs charges are crazy!

I’m biased towards LION ROCK TOYZ as I review for them but they have never steered me wrong and was recommended them by 2 very experienced collectors long before I had any sort of review relationship with them. Customer service is 👍🏼

They don’t use DHL. The free shipping is HK Post. It’s tracking. Usually takes about a week to 10 days to get to Ireland from HK. 👍🏼

Heaaring alot about them lately.luckly i patient and wait figures to be in uk .i.may haave wait couple years or longer for figures and i try stick to a price would pay for any figure .usely under 200 .it workef for me .

i ordered my mk5 ressue from them since july I email them last time that they will ship out August but now they still haven’t i am not sure cause I used promotions code from them so they feel they lose money so they keep pushing my order back :(

I wanted to buy the Batmobile, two shipping options DHL air $3,000 or sea 30 to 50 days $1,000. I called DHL and even they said TW is probably pocketing the money and using a cheaper shipping

I can tell you right now that TW 100% do use DHL. I have received 14 figures from them and all shipped via DHL. They may possibly be over charging for DHL and only paying DHL the actual amount and keeping the balance but they definitely use DHL.

Have to say I’ve been using TWL for over a year now and have purchased 7 hot toys and got some on order as well as pre order amongst some other bits and never once had an issue with them. I understand their response is slow but that’ll be due to different time zones so people need to understand and get over that. NOW I did place an order back in early July and used surface parcel delivery to keep costs down. It was eventually posted and left the country of origin on the 26th of july but still hasn’t arrived now I understand it’s a slow delivery option and it states 30-60 working days not including bank holidays but it’s getting close to 60 days now and I am getting a little concerned.

It is a shame that TW doesn't offer a more reliable service overall. Some of their prices are insane. I just had to order a new ED-209 from them, because it was 800 € cheaper than the next best offer I was able to find elsewhere. Even with high shipping charges and import taxes this was such a good deal. If they were more focused on customer satisfaction and if the weren't overcharging on shipping so hard, they could become my main source for Hot Toys. If...

I have bought that Ocean Master third party from Comic Sanctorum with no problem. I've bought my EG Cap, Golden Armor WW and my 1/4th Vader from Toys Wonderland with no problem. That's all the stuff I've bought from them too. But for the last couple weeks, I've been worried af if I were to buy from them again. The point is: I can't find InArt Joker anywhere else besides those two websites and considering just buying him off Comic Sanctorum. I have FOMO! Lol *Is Comic Sanctorum just as bad as TW?*

Well I got the DX19 in the end. 14 figures on my shelves with them so far. They always deliver but sometimes very very delayed. As stated in the episode they need to improve their CS and significantly reduce their shipping costs. I go with whoever gets me the item the cheapest. Still no loyalty to any company. I will still buy from them on occasion for the cheap deals but my primary source for pre-orders for now is Lion Rock Toyz as they give me the best deal more often than not.

I used to leave questions i was interested about in Justin’s comments and he literally answers every single comment. However when i asked him about when hot toys called out TW he stopped replying to me all together. Definitely something sus going on.

I don't buy from them or Comic Sanctorum. The phantom tracing numbers and waiting MONTHS for them to ship! You have to be related to Justin to get anything from them!!! He loves EVERY figure because he gets paid to LOVE every figure, never an honest review.

The first time i bought something from them, it was great with no issues. After that they lose literally all my figures and i lose all my money that I spent on them. The crazy thing is 2 years later I received 2 of the figures that I had ordered from them, but I still haven't got the other 10 figures.

I ordered soosootoys nightwing and robin and when they finally came out I never got them and I complained. They just gave me a phantom tracking and said it was with the US postal service and I should take it up with them. This was the same with the 2 figures that I mentioned earlier except these came in the mail 2 years later.

​@@tonyiverson5613 I preorder mark 85 Battle Damage back in the day. But totally forgot about it. By the time item ready to ship, they gave me a phone call confirm if I still want the item and everything. I told them i change my mind, but good customer service.

I have used TW for most of my orders over the last few years. Now I have fallen foul to the issuing a tracking number with no movement debacle. I tried customer services but they stopped replying, I paid £70 to get the figure quicker. Luckily I'm within the 180 days with PayPal so no choice but to raise a ticket.

That is really hilarious what toys Wonderland did you want your figure that you paid for you want to know where it is and yet they communicated with you not to tell you that you're item is coming not to apologize for all the delays and that they will return your money and give you the figure for free or just return your money but no they contacted you to get some promotion that is just a headache this is the reason why as badly as I would love to make purchases from them because of how low their prices have become I really do not want the headache and frustration

I know it's not a laughing matter but when you asked them about your overdue figure they wanted you to promote them instead of looking into the issue. Wish you the best, hope you get it soon. On that note, I believe they don't have your order in stock anymore, they're trying to find the best deal on the street to profit from you.

I prefer “thorough”. The story was long. It’s important that viewers understood the details..also if someone joined midway through to catch them up. No resolution because it had not been resolved at that stage.
