Okay. Maybe it's time for a more balanced comment here. I collect Wonder Woman Hot Toys figures. All along the way, I watched and enjoyed your videos. It didn't influence whether or not to buy (because, Wonder Woman), but it was cool to see the breakdowns while waiting for pre-orders to arrive. On top of that, I trusted your opinions and guidance. Recently, I placed my first Toys Wonderland pre-order. I felt okay doing so because you were affiliated with them. Then, I started joining Reddit threads and Facebook groups, etc., and began to panic a little. Thinking logically, I don't think it's certain that I'm going to be ripped off, but I'm not confident that I'll get the figure, either. I'm at the mercy of Que Cera Cera. I think your parting ways with them is the right choice. It will certainly bring me back to your videos. And, if I do get my pre-order, I'll breathe a sigh of relief. I'm truly angry that there's no legal recourse when online retailers screw up orders, but we live in a society. I hope TW can turn things around, but I'm not sure they can. If they're not an official HT retailer, they really shouldn't be offering pre-orders. I appreciate you helping out in the wake of this. If my order goes south, I'll reach out. If you can help, cool. If not, that's on TW.

Hats off to you Justin. I still remember when first saw a vid from you and you are reviewing the power rangers. That's the 1/6 scale toys ever had and yes, it was ordered from TW. There's no issue from them that time, but yeah this my last two order from TW was horrible. Paid them big amount and paid for the courier for the past delivery and yet take soooooo loooooooong to hand over the items to the courier. And wait there's more, their customer service dont even reply once for sooooooo looooooong. And when I contact paypal for refund as I have enough of them, that's the time they reply for a very loooooooong time to my email. Anyway, really happy you departed ways to TW. Hope this one give him a lesson and for them to try hard fix this horrible issue. Thank you very much for your hard work Justin. Still the best channel for toys reviews!!! Cheers!!!

I've just had to can my pre-order with TW made in March. The item was supposed to be in stock in June, fast forward 3 months, and no item, and it's hard to get responses to emails. Luckily, payments were made via PayPal. It's a shame as I ordered with them 18 months ago, and everything went well, unsure what has changed.

Justin just add a disclaimer to the vIdeo descriptions or to the whole channel stating that you aren’t working with them any more. I work for a TV company and often we repeat programmes where there’s a competition or some other info that’s not relevant any more and we just put up a new caption over it. On a TW note, is it just that they got too big too fast and need more staff? Their website system and the separate order numbers and shipping numbers and having to choose the shipping cost then paying another invoice generating another number etc etc etc has always been a nightmare! A complete mess. They could cut their customer queries by 50% just by having a better ordering system. As for their new rewards system and how that works…. there’s a whole page on it on their website explaining it and it STILL makes no sense.

I have always thought that you have been trying your best and you seem like a genuinely good guy. Watching your channel got me into 1/6th scale collecting. Your videos are the best and I have always appreciated you being honest in your videos and reviews. I use to only collect 3.75 and 1/12th scale figures but your videos and how you show off figures are amazing. I love my 1/6th collection of Vader and Batman that you have helped me to attain. I saw your Mondo Batman review back in the day and after your review, bought that figure and have collected the whole line. So I have always been grateful for you introducing me to Mondo. Hi Justin, thanks for your update video and all of the other hundreds of videos throughout the years. Unfortunate situation for sure but I think most people can understand its not your business to run. I'm sure this has been stressful to not be able to discuss everything that was going on behind the scenes. I have had an up and down relationship with TW depending on the product. Have you heard anything about the SooSooToys Lander figure? I have it PO'd with TW and I want to keep the order and not cancel but are SST going to release it soon?

Ive only ordered once from TW and that was the Inart joker.The time between payment of shipping and it actually being shipped was a little long but customer service was responsive and i got my figure when they said i would so i would definitely order from them again

Never had an issue until I ordered Cable last November. Was told January, in January I was told June, then July and finally on 1st August was marked as dispatched. Still being prepared to ship as of today and every email has been met with a response it’s just a few more days. A real shame as sideshow just isn’t an option for me in the U.K. and the prices in U.K. retailers is so much more.

As you said, they are not trying to scam people but they seem to have some issue with getting their shipments out in good time. I'm sure that they will get back on their feet at some point in time. However they should have a focused customer service manager who handles the issue and then delegates the work to others. As it is a number of people get tangled up in the same customer service issue and all of them waste their time handling one problem.

Maybe I have been pretty lucky with TW. Ive probably ordered 20+ figures from them over the last 2-3 years and the only issue I have had with them was when there was a delay in shipping my Cyborg and Ahsoka despite being given a tracking number that didnt update for 2 weeks, I have to give them credit though, they did resolve the issue, upgraded my shipping for free and sent me the Special edition Cyborg as a free upgrade (Id ordered the regular version) Good on you Justin.

To be honest, I was hearing them so much I starting to believe them after all the increasing TW complaints. Bear in mind this is only because I have my one and only preorder with them and I was starting to get concerned that I will never receive it so all the negative responses was affecting my opinion. I PO a reasonable amount of money from them and I hope that everything goes well, I truly believe that if they go down, I'll loose all my money . I'm not going to lie I went with them because you were recommending them because I've never heard of them, with that being said, I dont think this is your fault at all, you have nothing to do with the way they handle their business. I dont even think you should be getting messages regarding orders. I hope they get their shit together because they are hundreds of places we can order from. Been watching your videos since around 2018 (I think). I gotta say, your videos have been the best out there as far as comprehensive detailed analysis of one sixth scale figures. Your videos have personally convinced me to pull the trigger on so many items. (Dunno if I should thank you for that or not lol) Bottom line is, you've got great content. Keep it up. Hopefully one day Hot Toys specifically can create their own retail side of things. Would be nice to see a legitimate Hot Toys official retailer (aside from Sideshow, whom I like) I should be able to see an announcement, and say " I want that" hop online and go preorder it myself. Until then, I will personally continue to enjoy your videos. It can be a toxic community. But it can also be a great place when people do the right thing. Thank you for what you contribute to the community.

I’ve watched many of your videos about figures I had interest in but I never subbed to you because of what id seen and heard about your relationship with that cesspool of a company. However, I hated writing you about THEIR customer service issues. Even though you promoted them, I don’t really see it as your responsibility to handle their problems. However, it IS your responsibility to sever ties with them when they’re committing theft against the very people who line your pockets. What you are doing now takes guts. It's scary if you can get sued, but you still went with it. Good for you. And I can see you were under contract so you were pulled in both directions. On one side, integrity towards the contract and on the other hand the viewers' issues. It's tough and scary. You should have respect for yourself for who you are now. It's hard to change, but you did it.

Hot toys has as many batches as they need depending on production size so yeah its a thing

Doing the right thing is never easy doing the right thing when it comes to your business is always harder keep up the hard work if it wasn't for you I wouldn't be into this amazing hobby thanks for everything!

Thank you Justin! I’ve been following this and though I’ve not had an issue with them before (i’ve only bought less than 5 figures from them) I applaud your decision. As a social media influencer, you do have that moral responsibility and I admire your decision. This might mean we’ll see less videos from you in the mean time but better than having to promote a company that could entrap people with their hard earned money. You have my support buddy and hope to see you guys when you’re back for NYCC.

Will you still be getting figures and reviewing them so astonishingly soon after their release? Eg WW Artisan version I watched a day or two before I got the 84 version delivered. ( from Popcultcha) It's not at all important, I think I like the consistency of your reviews mostly. You've still gotta do John Blake retro video. Interested to know your opinion on one of my favourites.

Justin. It takes a lot of effort and courage to come out with this like you have, so kudos to you. Aside from all the issues with TW that leaked in over to you because of that affiliation you had, might I suggest, with regards to your Facebook page, that you make sure you don't have militant moderators running the show? It got to the point a certain mod just started removing users who made absolutely no comments that berated others, myself included, and in all it became a very 'hostile' page. Questioning the actions of moderators is not a reason for a ban, which is what happened with me. It didn't bother me, I'm part of other 1/6 scale groups, but it was a sad state of affairs considering we all just get together to share our love for collecting six scale figures. All the best moving forward to you. PS. Leave a note that as of XX date you are not affiliated with TW.

Justin, I have always watched your reviews and I always will. Wherever a new figure is released I wait in anticipation for your review as it helps my decision about whether that figure is worth seller. People in the community may have negative things to say about you, which I certainly don't and I always appreciate the hard work you put into your videos and I look forward to your reviews in the future.

If anything he could add a note (on the description box probably) explaining shortly that he's no longer affiliated to TW. Might be a pain in the bum, but that's far better than just deleting the videos or doing the change moving forward. Just a thought.

Sounds like Toys Wonderland was in way over his head. Probably a good idea for him to avoid doing business until he learns how to automate and systemize things more. The problems TW experienced are pretty common in new businesses that grow too quickly for the founder to keep up.

Even that I don’t buy in TW I noticed the wrong decisions you made, so now I have to say congrats man!, It’s not easy to admit you were wrong and I hope this experience helps you in the future… it’s great to have sponsors but I think your fans and fellow collectors needs to be part of the priorities.

Hey Justin, Iv been watching your videos since before I actually started collecting HT. Whatever agreement you had in place contractually or otherwise you can only be held accountable for your end, TW are a business and are responsible for fore-filling customer orders, pre-orders, cancellation, complaints etc, it should not at any point whether you offer or not be you who has to be a middle man or be someone who has to fly out to HK and pass on customer issues. With this being said, and I know I am in the minority, I personally have not had any issues with TW to date, yes shipping costs to the U.K. could be better but that is not completely an issue with TW, and I have had to chase a couple of in stock orders but generally Iv received my orders within 2-3 wk of order. I currently only have one pre order with them that being the Deluxe Special Ed Darth Vader from Obi Wan which I have as a first batch pre order so hopefully my experience with them will not change with this pre order…..are you keeping your pre-orders with TW or have you cancelled them, and do your pre order with them include the Darth Vader from Obi Wan? I wish you all the best with your channel moving forward
