I found that my exact knife was perfect for popping the little goober holding the wires. Clumsy as I am I wore a leather glove on the other hand. PRESTO! Thanks...

Excellent tutorial! VW coil connectors are just like this… and are often broken (and left that way) because people 1)don’t know how to disconnect them and 2)they don’t know how easy it is (as your video demonstrated) to remove a broken connector from a wiring harness and replace the broken connector plastic housing. Well, easy if you have the special tool. Cheers!
