not in their country. also if thsi is fresh water , it wll start up after it dries out. may need new radio. all other computers are air sealed and do not get corroded by fresh water. about week later, after Sandy in Brooklyn NY. dude walked to his Dodge Caravan, that was submerged roof level and simply start it up with booster and drove right off.

These are actually good tests to run on but risky as hell
