Hey Ray, great as usual!) Since youre asking for ideas, i would be interested in your opinion on defensive top roll against hook or even low wrist top roll, some say its the same thing, some dont, im not sure myself. Respectively i sometimes have issues while competing with strong hookers, thats how i lost my medal in last nationals, since the classic high wrist top roll attack is easier for hookers to supinate, if theyre quick and strong enough, whereas the drop wrist technique SHOULD make it way harder for them, but i cant seem to get it right. What a long post, I hope its understandable what i mean:D. Cheers!

Excellent videos! Just an idea, lots of time is dedicated to the top roll and hook technique but I find the press is rarely discussed. I notice alot lately when the primary technique cant quite finish the match, pullers are doing a quick transition to press. Can you do a video discussing the press and ways to train it? Thank you

Hiii ... Iv recently started doing this workout since i realized i hve weak wrists and fingers. But iv noticed, i can lift a lot heavier with my left and my right is very weak. I have started off with 8kg kettelbels and xan do many reps (4-5 sets of 15) but on my left i can even lift 16 kg for 2-4 reps. How do i increase my strength on my right, and im a right handed person

How do you avoid ulnar wrist pain and golfers elbow from doing lots of these. Most docs are gonna call it an overuse injury but arm wrestlers obviously do these all the time with no issues. Is it just keeping balance working on the other side, and stretching lots?
