I definitely think this house is worth $20 Million dollars for sure..It's beautifully done. There's a ton of space, beautiful decor and artwork. All the intricate details make it so stunning and unique. The owner did a fantastic job 😍🥰

The answer is YES. I love all the white marble. My bathroom has been decked out in white marble and it's so cheerful, which always takes me by surprise. Now I can only imagine how cheerful it would be living in that mansion.

@@jaydeedaley8158 I agree with you that the white marble is nice but this house has been sitting on the market for several years now unsold in a very hot Beverly Hills real estate market.

I’m sorry but these cheap tacky finishes have absolutely ruined this house 🥴 especially that mirrored bedazzled front door and the fake wood pattern on the stairs and on the floor 🫣 soooo bad. On top of that, there’s tons of imperfections in the drywall, especially in the living room, the ceiling in the movie theater looks like it was spray painted, and that exterior needs a TON of TLC 😧 that turf is in terrible shape, the fence posts are leaning, like why is this on the market in this shape?! I would be so embarrassed to own this thing. Honestly, it needs a FULL professional remodel asap, or a full tear down. I know they’re desperate to sell it, but it needs to go for land value at most.

I think what I liked the most was the art in the house and the chess set outside the house is quite artistic.

Amazing home and love everything about it. NASA, the pool, the vault, kitchen and that hanging clock - wow! House is quite personalized and with very specific tastes.

Very unique Mansion. definitely some parts makes it memorable IMO! I love that ice cream statue never seen that one before. I like the backyard for sure. Nicely done Tour Jacob, Always great to see something different. 🏡❤️

So this house was listed for $34.5 million in 2016 and it has no view. The house looks too busy. The turf patterns around the pool are giving me a headache. Nice house but not worth $20 million.

this is a beautiful home. it does have personality just because it’s not to YOUR liking, doesn’t mean it don’t have personality. This is unique.

Nice kitchen. I like Kitchens thatbare designed for use. No corners, which are wasted space. Flat cabinets are easy to clean with simple handles. And a functional vent hood. Direct outdoor access for catering.

Hey Jp. Happy Sunday. The preview looks amazing. 12,000 sq ft? Wow. I’m gonna watch and enjoy and only comment what I don’t care for. Jp I’m to the end. Beautiful home. The only thing that was a little creepy were the people figures looking through the glass at the top of the stairs. Other than that this home was stunning. Thanks for sharing and see you next video.

If I could afford this mansion, I would seriously consider it for quite a few reasons. Overall, it has a beautiful bright, and sunny vibe and great outdoor space.

Celebrity house. LOL 😂 This was a social media influencers group house with a couple of young TikTok / KZread kids that lived there and made content there. The venture was called The Clubhouse. Two of the girls that used to live there were model caliber with star potential but “celebrity” is definitely an overstatement IMO.

I always wonder what absolutely fantastic prices are being asked for houses in the USA. 20 million for a house like that is utter madness, no matter how great the area is. In Europe, that would cost half as much at most, you also build in Europe with much more valuable materials, and are also built more stable and overall more valuable and just at least half the price. In the USA the sense of money has been completely lost in some cases and see what this will have for further in the future for catastrophic consequences when on the other side in the country millions of people just barely get along financially from month to month. Even if I had the money, every bank note would be too good for such exorbitant prices.

When you describe the single pieces of the furniture and appliances, you seems to lead an orchestra with your harms , very nice.

Nice to see the yard cleaned up. Producer Michael did this place just after a storm and stuff was blown over and pine cones all over.

The "bar" without seating is interesting. Makes me think it's meant to be a buffet,. So that the sun room can be a larger entertaining space. It's not really good for a bar though.

Nice! But there is some work that needs to be done.

Is there a pool bathroom accessible from the outside? Seems like you could have a ton of people partying in the backyard/pool and it would be a major hassle to have them dripping pool water all through the house trying to find a bathroom! Seems like a $20M home designed for entertaining would have one for outdoor parties.

Very Nice Bones, but the finshes is so outdated like 2000 (Mirrors) and the finshes dont go with each othed(wood and gray).

Secret vault???? It is sooo exposed!!! It should have been covered with a wall that you will not think there’s something behind that wall. Just say there’s a built-in vault that you can customize to make it hidden. 😅 but this is indeed a beautiful house!!!
