Nice home, but is it just a rental, or is it optionally for sale? There's a price on the thumbnail which drew me in, but then you say it's available to rent, but not a word about purchasing. No RE agent information. I'm seriously considering moving from the colder northern US to the southwest part of the country. I have no interest in moving to Texas or Florida which are run by wackos. Southern Cal, Phoenix, or Vegas. Show houses in these areas that are for sale not for rent.
