Recognized as a work of art and beauty, this property has already won TEN Architectural awards. Situated in the highly coveted hills of Bel Air sits this 2022 new construction, stunningly reimagined, automotive inspired 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom property that was CNC milled from digital design. Showcasing a dynamic 16-foot cantilever for the second floor, creating an impressive canopy and shaded prelude, this one-of-a-kind property reveals unique design and custom finishes that are second to none. The split-level architecture with central stairs alongside the frameless glass elevator cabin allows an abundance of bright, natural light that is all consuming. Floor to ceiling Belgian glass windows and a mechanized door system allow a seamless indoor/outdoor flow to the multiple decks, side, and back yard. The main level includes an expansive living room with fireplace, soaring ceilings, and family room. Ascend up the steps to the dining space and gourmet chef's kitchen that is equipped with DOCA luxury cabinetry and Dekton door-faces, countertops, and walnut recess detailing, all while opening up directly to the backyard with lush landscaping and a large pool/spa. Up the stairs or elevator, make your way to the spacious primary suite containing glass closets furnished with integral lighting, amber doors, a separate sitting room, and spa-like bathroom with marble slab walls and flooring with matching Agape sinks and faucets - all looking out to incredible views from the Getty to the Pacific. Included on this upper level is the rooftop deck that allows for prime views all the way to the Pacific Ocean, and is built with a raised pedestal floor system that eliminates standing rainwater. The Museum-quality basement grand room sports exposed raw black concrete walls that juxtaposes with the refined house textures and furnishings while housing the felt wall and cork floor home theatre that is designed with luxury minimalistic aesthetics and a custom built integral diffused ceiling light. There are three additional bedroom and bathrooms on the lower floor that are also equipped with glass closets and separate en-suite bathrooms with Graff luxury fixtures, wall-hung Catalano toilets, and imported Spanish tile work. Additional features include a 3-car attached garage, recessed space for future solar panel integration on the roof, minimal linear and pinhole LED lighting design for ambient and task lighting, recessed wall and ceiling housing for smart home keypads and devices, and seamless high quality plaster flooring and walls in select rooms and the exterior facade.

I don't think you understand how many multi million dollar house tours I've watched. None of them struck me even close to the way this one did. You just showed me my dream home!
If I owned this house I would go all out with the furniture and put all futuristic/2001 Space Odyssey/Austin Powers/Star Trek/ Star Wars style. This house should be up in the hills overlooking a valley.
The designed is Unique! Never seen a home such as this one. You did Your thing on this one Jacob, nicely done as Always! This Mansions are Insane! 💯
This is a very beautiful home. Something like from a futuristic movie. Love it. Gotten lots of inspiration from it.
Hey Jp. Wow. This is different. Unique. Think this the 1st time I’ve seen you remove your shoes. Love the sitting room on entry. Kitchen giving clean lines. A little tight between the middle counter a fridge. Big dining space. Elevator 🙌🏼. Backyard and pool small compared to most. Love the lower level. Spacious guest bedrooms and en-suites. Like the bar 🍸🥃🍷🥂🍹🍺 and theater. Laundry room. Figuring there may be another laundry on the primary level. Let’s see. Beautiful primary but prefer in the rear of homes with backyard views. Unique closet and en-suite (especially the sink) I like. Private shower. Surprised no niche or soapdish. Guess can rest items on the bench seating. Nice rooftop. Quirky home Jp. Thanks for sharing and see you next video.
When I saw pics for this house a few days ago I was hoping I’d see a long form tour of it soon. Great job.
How many times: never seen anything like this before
Super cool design. Love the floating stairs throughout.
Futuristic albeit 60's vibes. I can't picture the kind of family that would live here, but I do love the space! Great video!

Now we talking love the black white neutrals in furniture and walls with LED lights, glass soft closing with LED lights closet are the best 🔥🔥🔥🔥 obsessed in it all just wish the closets were a little more spacious like the ones we usually see, but all is pretty good

Immaculate! Definitely one of a kind
I've never actually seen one of these mansions that I would actually want to live in before, but this one might be the exception. Aside from a few minor details (primarily the weird belt light and glass jar chandelier), this is almost exactly what I would design myself. My favorite aesthetic of architecture is pure white and dark concrete with a lot of greenery incorporated. This is what I imagined sci-fi homes to look like as a kid.

Looks really good home. Thanks for the tour. It feels like an office disguised as a home though. Really functional and neat
So cool!
11/10 for the interior🔥🔥
This is a a cool house. !00% out of place in the neighborhood, but that'll probably change with time. I've watched you on occasion in the past few years, and I have to say, your production quality has really improved. Good job!
Wow that's an amazing home

This is my dream home...Interior and exterior could use some reworking, but I absolutely love this home.
Nice property!
Futuristic is an accurate description 👍

Fantastic house! Would’ve been perfect in the Hollywood Hills. This part of Bel Air looks very traditional.
It reminds me of the interior style of the ships in Star Citizen. It´s really nice.
Futuristic Design, but cosy and warm. A great mansion with the right size. Many thanks for the professional 4K Video which shows all details

DAMM!
what i wonder most though - have you ever seen anything quite like this bofore?
This house has a great street appeal.
I love it ❤️❤️ Finally a design house, solid (concrete), modern, well thought out 👍🏻. it changes from cardboard houses, in bad taste to rustic decoration, carpet, lupanar-style curtains, ridiculous chandeliers, (shaker style 🤮). Thanks to the architect for his audacity and his rare good taste in the USA 👍🏻👏🏻. America seems to be modernizing🤣🤣🤣🤣.
luxury house
Cool house, great tour. This house looks like it sticks out like a sore thumb compared to the rest of the neighborhood. Probably left some scratching thier heads.
Are you able to tour the Malibu home I previously requested? 32300 East Pacific Coast Highway?
I watch your channel a lot, and Iike it. One thing that gets to me a lot is when you use the term "Staging". To me staging means decorating a place with supplemental furnishings to accent the beauty of some place but not actually belonging to that place. I think that furnished is more of what you are pertaining to.
@CMV314
Жыл бұрын
I'm pretty sure the furniture was brought in to accentuate the house.
I do love the backyard and outdoor areas including rooftop deck. Very zen. That said, not a fan of the architecture. Too much like a spaceship and too different from other homes in neighborhood. The Hermes throw in living room made me roll my eyes - so very “let me scream that I have money from the rooftop.” The stairs make me feel like I’m in shopping mall. 2 kitchen islands - so extra. Honestly has the look of a science lab. Bedroom in basement with concrete wall makes me feel like I’m in an office building. Master suite was ok but just dark. Home is one of a kind but not homey. It’s like someone wanted to create an office building and made a home instead. You did a good job with the tour, but the home was simply not homey.
pretty cool house, pretty cool video.... but the "I've never seen that before" got kinda old quickly :p
The garage can be enlarged in these houses, right?
Yh. I can see why it's still on the market. It's a bit of an eyesore.
I love modern architecture and this is reminiscent of Zaza Hadid's work that is all about curves vs boxy structure of most modern architecture. That being said, interiors are just don't feel like a "home" to me - it has a strong conference center vibe to me. I love outdoor places though!
Futuristic mansions like this are so rare in bel air, I thought this is going to be in Las Vegas or Colorado.
When there was no budget left for the Fiji water in the fridge
You can count on JP to overuse “impressive” and “well-appointed” in every video. I think that’s his thing now. We need merch.

I really love the design although in places it's a little bit civic building/auditorium and the kitchen looks a bit laboratory. For the price I would argue it seems a bit of a bargain......although the pool is a bit small.
House is unique. Do you have right to say who is the Architect. Thank you.
Newly constructed? I thought it was a renovated 60/70s design. Anyway, very nice.
What about the garage?
It looks like it was built in the 1970's
Not first but close.
how much is this?
Say futuristic one more time please
Take a shot every time JP says “we have never seen this before” and “futuristic” in this video… actually don’t cause you will end up in the hospital.
Doesn't seem very functional, no mini kitchen near the movie room, primary shower hardware far away from the bench, etc. But I am picky and couldn't afford anyway. 😉 Ty for showing us!
who was the interior designer?
There seems to be a lot of home finishes and details this guys never seen before. "Never seen a white dishwasher before, that's pretty crazy"... bruh.
really dig the modern aesthetic inside and out.. soo many la mansion's just feel samey and cookie cutter.
That backyard was the saddest looking thing, redo the backyard and pool, go crazy and futuristic with the remodelling then this home will fetch for a pretty good price despite being so open to neighbors and public road.

@@danielthecreator86 They clearly ran out of budget when they got to the backyard. For home that’s dubbed “futuristic” that backyard was straight from the 70s and that tiny pool for $15 million?? This home will attract a young buyer and that weak ass backyard will be it’s Achilles heel. On top of that the primary bedroom have no privacy who tf wants 180° views of their neighbours? It’s tinted sure but it sure feels weird, imagine getting intimate with your partner during daytime and you look out the window for a sec and you see your neighbour take out the trash.

Good design but who thinks dead tree in the middle of unnaturally dark grey sea of sand gives off zen feeling. It's scary even in day light...i can only imagine a really old and scary looking witch would be cooking a little child at night there. Whoever choose that garden design has some really dark secrets!.
The problem of this house is that you'll be receiving guests from another planets
Dude just got his eyes. He never seen anything.
Feels like the architect had a great vision for this house but the execution turned out incomplete maybe due to running out budget as some elements appear to be rushed. After having seen a fair share of mansion tours I feel that the asking price is too much. If I had 15mil to spend on a house I'd want a much better backyard. I also believe that since this is a rather small mansion such a large secondary sitting area in the basement is kind of redundant, I'd much rather the addition of a small home gym or an office.
Take a shot each time he says the word “ futuristic ”
