Some of the old style materials are easy to get hands on if you repurchase. But I bet they paid top dollar to have it all hand crafted instead of taking out of an existing home or whatever. It seems like 15% of their materials could've been about 90% cheaper had they just bought a couple of 1920's mansions up in the northeast.

@@Cole_Cross agreed! It's impossible for anything that big to feel or look like a home. I have no idea what @Devante is smoking on.
Having lived in Florida, this might be the best innately Floridian (and yet Roman) thing I've ever seen. The stonework is PHENOMENAL. The painted ceiling in the club room feels like a great cathedral. It must be a religious experience walking through this home.
Honestly I love seeing house tours like this where you can see that owner is living in it etc. With all of it's organized clutter. It just feels more alive and lived in as opposed to just staged to look nice

One of the most beautiful homes I’ve seen
This is the most grand, well thought out, genuine house I've ever seen. All the marble is real, the design is well thoughout and tasteful, no expense spared in making this home a truly classic Italian villa. It really contrasts with the cheap McMansions on either side of this property and shines like a jewel in the rough.
I've been watching your content for a couple of months now, and as a result KZread recommends me other house tour videos, but I have to say none of them have the incredible production values like yours do, and I love how Mikey compliments your tours. They test impact rating on windows by firing up a jet engine and throwing stuff into the Windstream at the glass (and other construction materials needing hurricane wind ratings). I know this because I worked for the company that does this type of testing for about 90% of the construction market. It's wicked awesome and they can control the speed of debri better using a jet engine than just launching stuff. It also simulates how randomly and differently items will hit the subject.

Gorgeous house, being Italian myself I appreciate the love and attention to details, the marbles, the natural stone always gives houses a warmer feel. I did find the master bedroom a little underwhelming, still beautiful but pretty plain compared to the rest of the house. The stone with the shells it’s called “Florida Keystone shell stone” it’s natural not man made and it’s a great alternative to Travertine! Thank you for the great tour

Stunning. Absolutely stunning. I was so lucky to tour Italy when young. It's like they took the most beautiful architecture from Italy modernised certain aspects of it, made it homely, and moved in. An architectural marvel. Unfortunately I have no Italian connections but I can say with confidence: Only an Italian eye could have rendered such exquisite beauty.

Hello Enes , good evening! Very amasing home, i'm like.
This is the best Florida episode you’ve done! Often times European inspired homes (especially Italians) tend to be gaudy without authenticity and too extravagant and ornamented without taste. But this one really showcases the best of Italian features and architectural elements. The meticulous woodwork, stonework, metalwork, artwork, and even the staging all flow well and are carried out painstakingly. This obviously is not for someone with floating vanity and waterfall edged countertop in mind who buys this house. But I can picture someone who truly respects all the time and effort to complete this property ultimately owning it. Bravo.

the retro fake italian renaissance rooms are amazing, but then they started loosing the envisioning and messing with a variety of tacky contemporary styles not matching at all, like the circus-russian-like movie theater. this house had everything to be a masterpiece, but fell short with the lack of identity and style.

I love the amount of details in the home. My favorite part is that area in the front of the house where you can hang out. I've been wanting a large front porch but if I have this with a few extra tweaks, that would be amazing. I also love the ocean so being right there and having your room face the ocean is amazing as well. The movie theater was different too. Red is my favorite color so I thought that was unique.
I love the flow of this one, the interior courtyard is amazing

@@smalltownsessions2072 Yeah instead of the machines i'd have a bigger poker table on the right and a pool table on the left. Would also have a steam and sauna room where the Poseidon statue is or convert that large empty room into overlooking the backyard into them (just seems a bit useless and there are already so many bedrooms), then have a staircase up to them from the open lower area. Other than that i love everything about the place. So much to it and the architecture and attention to detail is amazing. Honestly i think this is the most impressive architecturally of all the ones i've seen so far. Seems to have thought of everything and actually thought about the needs/wants of people who'd live there.
