Hey Everyone, I just want to apologize for the long awaited video. I recently teamed up with Luxury Production Studios to help film my content so we were just getting use to working with each other. Moving forward, videos will be out weekly and regularly, just know when I'm not posting, I spend all day trying to find places for us to tour because I know you guys love it so much! For me it's keeping it clean. My OCD would be triggered 100%. Would need a cleaning crew there everyday to keep it up to my standards 😢

The accent walls/the staging/sitting room/dining room/ wine wall/fireplace/baseboard accent lighting/amazing kitchen/tv room to watch Jason Matouk videos as I cook/that bar 🙌🏼🍸🥃🍷🥂🍹🧉with a pass through to the outstanding backyard/outdoor kitchen/dining and lounging/pool and dock/ laundry 🧺/staff quarters and elevator. Spacious guest bedrooms an en-suites. Upstairs laundry/gym. The primary is a condo in itself. His/ hers closet and en-suite? Wow. Wonderful home. I think this is one of if not the best home you’ve shown. Thanks for sharing and see you next video.

It has been on the market for a while now. This is either the 2nd or 3rd time it is being showcased. I am thinking they should drop the price and see what happens.

@@dakg8034 It depends.. the Italian housing market is up right now and nobody is willing to drop prices, but if in the US the prices are down they should consider a price 'makeover.'

@@italianlifestyle7911 Quite frankly I am not in the market for either buying or selling so I cannot say what kind of housing market is out there. What I do know is that this house been up for sale for some time now and that is the reason I wondered if a price drop would help.

How do they do those recessed baseboards? Is that really expensive to do? Love the look, kinda makes the walls look like they're floating. Don't like them all lit up though haha

The house is beautifully designed, with impeccable architectural features, however, the neighbors are way too close with zero yard space and privacy for that price.

We do many landscape designs within this community, including both neighboring properties. The home looks incredible in person. However, I don't understand the master suite not having a tub, and multiple sinks? That will be undoubtedly be renovated when this home is purchased.

I would drink beer in that house.

I liked it initially: the space, architecture of balance and proportions, light and quality of materials. Unfortunately, there is no direct ocean view or privacy. Also, in some places, it feels like an abandoned office. Might benefit from a clever and creative interior design.

no hate just constructive help.....and this is the coffee/juice bar located next to the built in wolf coffee maker.... lol it wasn't a "bar" bar

The handles on the doors to the garages look like the ones I've seen thieves easily manipulate to gain entry in hotel rooms. Soo once in the garage, gaining access to the house is a minute away....this security risk needs to be addressed

This is really amazing but it feels like there is no privacy everywhere glass
