The house is located in Hillsboro Beach, Florida built originally by Robert Pereira of the Middlesex Corp. probably one of the largest paving companies in the US. When he purchased it he tore it down quickly to build this. Originally listed for like 190 million which later sold for 40 million and some change. There are 2 parcels of land that makes the entire property. The land with all the grass was originally reported to be built as a game/3D movie theater. But I guess things change. It’s a little much for my taste but, nonetheless it’s a beautiful property. Apparently Mr Pereira was upset with regards to the gold leaf and filed suit against the contractor. It was a pretty interesting situation.

I've driven through that road a couple of times and you can't see the house but the front gate is like what they describe heaven lol with the pearly white golden gate. I would've extended the pool to the backyard not just the side or backyard pool side entertainment space. Absolutely stunning home.

I want to go play in the fountains, the pool, & the hot tub! 😃 Love all the ornate details, the craftsmanship, painted ceilings (you gotta have angels), wrought iron, columns, chandeliers, statues, gold trim, the details in the sink, the types of marble & stone used, the ornate furniture, the large tub, the paintings, & the views, etc.

@@Legendary_Productions on the higher end that would be about 9 million to 12.5 million dollars to build this. i'm willing to loosely estimate that they spent that on the furnishings and double the average costs for the premium materials. bringing us to 27 million -39 million construction. i'm no pro and my time in construction had me working on commercial and gen pop housing. nothing as amazing as this but even if its twice that much at 78 mill, the house was listed at 139 mill so thats not a terrible profit margin. Good job securing a look at this property. wishing you much continued success.

I randomly came across this house in pictures on a random google search of 'stunning mansions.' I checked youtube for it based off location and found this video masterpiece. And holy cow, the pictures truly do it no justice. It really looks and feels like a city within a city. The outdoor waterfalls/water features are beyond words. Don't think I've ever seen anything like it, to that scale. Can't imagine what it would be like to be inside that majestic piece of architecture. Pure opulence.
