Looking forward to it ! One thing to note on the dizziness consider looking into epley maneuver if you suffer this often especially if you get fully dizzy.

That's plain overtraining.
The passion that Alan has for the game is unreal. He enjoys every second of the process, that’s why he’s doing so well. #Squad

Even better music than usual. I'm halfway through and I've heard Bad Religion, Operation Ivy, MC5, and the Vandals. Nice!
Thank you for explaining the myo-reps concept. My question is if whether or not it is necessary to announce it the same way you do before I begin? MYO REPS!!!

Coming back to Alan's videos years after=pure awesomeness.
Just back from the gym - and Alan just uploaded a new video! Perfect evening!
This is one of my favorite series right now
I am a week behind you man. 2 days in and loving it. I have never used RPE or Myo Reps, but I am working through them and learning a lot about RPE. I would say that my eyes are sometimes bigger than my strength as it relates to RPE, but its all a process. Loving the Myo rep idea. Keep up the awesome content man.
Rope pull with vacuum and the sled with mops were the best idea
Suicidal tendencies was the first concert I ever went to. Oh memories!

This is an awesome series and as a new dad I thoroughly enjoy it.
“Not going to mess the math up... carry the 1, add a zero.... Week#2!” 😂
OMG I LOVE YOU Suicidal Tendencies Institutionalized? THE BEST. It's fun as a "Master lifter" with kids in college to see someone in the lifting community realize how kids affect your life in general and your lifting life in particular. Alan, just wait until your kid/s are teens. You are in for a WILD RIDE. Good luck. I hope your kid(s) are as well behaved as mine were. I thoroughly enjoy your channel.
Ok that sled push/mop thing was pretty sick lol
Don’t care if I’m 1st or 27th. I just came to see Alan killing it.
Really digging this new series.
Great video, sir! Definitively love your content. Peace from France ✌
Thanks for the entertaining and informative content. Keep on keeping on.
This is easily the greatest video on your channel with that intro
Love the content lately 💪

I'm really enjoying this series, Alan
Outstanding!
Wish my gym would play Adolescents and Suicidal Tendencies
LOL! As a custodian and powerlifter, I loved this!
Hope you feel better.. Your Work Out Looks Great! Cheers...
Bro I'm not a doctor or anything but I had dizziness and found that it was caused by me listening high volume music. I lowered the volume and tucked me some time but had never been dizzy again. Great videos and keep up the good work and inspiring others.
Loving the videos lately Alan
Awesome intro!!!! Love the humor, keep it up.
"Every time I hear MegaDEAF I think of Omar Isuth"
Love hearing the Minute Men in the background!
I never look at the vacuum machine the same way again!
I HEARD OPERATION IVY PLAYING IN THE BACKGROUND YEEESSS THIS IS AMMMAAAZZZIIINNGGG
With dizziness and lightheadness you should be a bit mindful, specially if those are not common to you. I once woke up in a toilet with a cracked skull and my pants still on my knees. Left a bit of a scar. Neck and shoulder massage helps, but I do have tight neck and need to self massage it daily. Seeing stars in the nightsky is nice, during the day, not so much.
Excellent.
Great song choices
Got them dad sweats on too 🤘🏻
awesome work man, goodluck!
Not a dad, or even a parent for that matter, but loving this content, discipline, and education
banded dust off box jump is killer :-)
This is hardcore editing!
Rust in Peace is a perfect album.
Brother, you nailed it with the garbage day into a keg toss. Read my mind! Haha
This is great so far. Teach me to trained untamed
Have these videos always been insightful or are these pearls of wisdom a product of fatherhood?
Let me be who I am, and let me kick out the jams. Great music in this one.
Great video thanks man!
Keep being great Alan
GOOD JOB!
Love the new toy!
That iron tire is badass
that's right Alan, getting creative there with the cleaning
I just did W1D1 today. It went good. I added 30 minutes of LISS in Monday and Friday and a GPP day on Wednesday.
You are hysterical 😂
Best music on KZread!!
Now i want to listen to operation ivy again after watching this video, music was on point Alan.
When you were talking about the "fuzzy head" thing, it reminded me of a scene from Kindergarten Cop. 😛
Awesome intro!!
You are real man Alan
Alan I think you are a bit younger than I am. Its so great to hear the songs that I grew up with being listened to by a younger generation. ST was it for us!
You consistently upload youtube videos, own a gym, and you have a baby... This guy!
awesome video love the idea of this program and cant wait to finish this round of infinite off season from kizen before trying this one. also those mop sled pushes looked sketch af lol
The sled with mops reminded me of chasing ghost turds during bootcamp.
Rust In Peace is the best album of all times, don't change my mind.
Skips V-Shred advert.. goes straight to the Thrall-meister!
I like the idea of these MYO reps, Ive kinda been unwittingly doing them already. After some singles 6x1 @ 95 - 100%, I do a back off set at 85% for max reps, usually 8 reps, but that's it just the 1 set. I'm gonna try following that up with 3 to 4 more sets of 4 to 5 reps (these MYO reps) after that for more volume. Alan - also a new dad here, for the headaches I recommend a shot of electrolytes and a 20mins power nap. It's often fatigue and dehydration. Love the content man keep it up!
Excelente música! \m/
That are some great tracks for lifiting - Institutionalized at high volume

Bad Religion no control from album no control playing at 4:30 fuck yeah. My favorite album.
"best Megadeth album of all time - Rust in Peace" couldn't agree more
Might not be the same for you but I've had similar issues with getting headaches and dizziness. Doing some neck stretches and other neck/shoulder PT exercises helps. What I've actually been diagnosed with as the root cause however is vestibular migraines. I've had migraines for many many years and I guess they decided to evolve to give slight vertigo like symptoms occasionally with my headaches. It might not be what you're experiencing but figured I would bring it up since you mentioned a headache prior to the dizziness. That being said I'm not a doc so it could be anything.
The most creative cleaning since the shamwow
what sort of rest times do you use between sets? is 1min sufficient ? for non myo ones im referring to. keep up the great work Alan
Adolescents, SxT, DK, Bad Religion, Megadeth, Metallica - My kinda gym!
I'm in the uk at a transport company, we have a piece of freight going to you guys!!!! i was WAAAAAAY to excited to find out, I'm very tempted to Ballsack it!!!
i had a similar issue after doing some volume on the block pulls. felt fine after the workout, the next day early in the morning, i struggled to get up (as if i was being pushed down every time i got up) and my head felt like it weighed 20kg's lol. i assumed it could be benign vertigo (sometimes random cases can occur) but i was out of training for 3 days since i couldn't even move my neck. i figured either i strained my posterior neck muscles leading to benign vertigo and all assured after 2-3 days rest i was sweet again!
Will baby be the only one who can tame the untamed? Stay tuned!
"next thing you know, they'll take my thoughts awaayy"
Punk days? Lots of classics.
Fucking Genius!!
“I’d get a little bit dizzy and I’d have to stand up and collect myself. Thought about it for a second, but decided I should just go to the gym, and feel things out.” IT’S A MINDSET THING!!!
Your a warrior Alan, without drugs the other pea hearts would have quit a long time ago
I legit chuckled at the fist pump at the dumpster
Fuck Yeah Hardcore Playlist
When we had our second kid I started to get that dizzy feeling during the day, nothing wrong at the doctor with blood work. It was directly related to sleep problems (thanks children). If you are in zombie mode from the kid keeping you up all night, it might be a factor if you are otherwise used to getting enough sleep.
Punk rock season??? I like
I had a headache the other day when training. Couldn’t go as hard. Glad I trained tho.
