I've been super overwhelmed and stressed and my mind was racing with lists of things i need to do all night. i tried a meditation and white noise to sleep and was on the verge of tears bc I'm so exhausted and desperately wanted sleep and idk how you did it but I was FINALLY able to close my eyes and rest with this. What us the fee

This was truly the most healing sound experience I have ever had. As an empath and light worker, I am often in need of clearing heavier energy from my body. I truly believe music heals. Of course, don't replace your antidepressant (or whatever medication you need) with meditation music, but this combined with the correct lightning, ambience, time of the day and place, can initiate a cascade of overwhelming peace that can overcome the hardest obstacles and even if just for a brief moment, remind you that despite all the hardships you are enduring, why it is still worth it to wake up every morning. The wisdom of natives, in many different countries, far surpasses the wisdom of most modern people. Their spiritual ties to nature is something many modern people don't understand. It is their music and their art, often taken from sounds in nature, that have an infinite way of telling stories, much like conducting music pieces. There is much to learn from native cultures and their ways.
