Thankyou Kseny, this was perfect, just what I needed. In the UK we've had heat waves followed by torrential rain, often all in the same day and I was feeling cold and achey this practice hashelped me feel re-balanced and nourished. You're a star 🌟 ❤ 🌟

I had the last of my neuro psyche assessment yesterday via zoom and had this playing very low in the background. Really helped me get through it!

I finished my guided meditation that I had looked up intentionally and this came on next, a real person playing soothing sounds. I just couldn’t believe what I was seeing and hearing

Look how beautiful those plants are!...it's so encouraging to think that the same healing energy that is making them so perfect is healing me now as well ❤

I noticed a change in being more patient and calm. But after this video I noticed that my balance and endurance have improved throughout the challenge

You remind me so much of a teacher I had in high school (looks-wise and in temperament) - he was a very calm, joyful and reassuring presence (he taught a class on theology, we went over a lot of Eastern philosophy and religion).
