Yooooo me and my grammy 90 years old and me 30 been viking up mentally about drinking tea together and the unique designs a tea cup may bring.

To anyone reading this, I hope you connect with your inner child someday and assure them that You are there for them, for any instance they may have felt anything but loved, wanted and validated.

As the daughter of an opera singer (tenor) I grew up with classical music in the house...from very early I flund this music peaceful...traveling years later to south east Asia I encountered music which gave me the same feeling of peace and beauty...then I discovered the tibetan singing bowls....coming back to Europe I also discovered the crystal bowls....I have used all these sounds and still do...these frequencies have kept my body 100& healthy and at 69 I can say these sounds work on all levels...the added bonus which was not expected they keep younger looking too ps a change of lifestyle (food and exercise brings even better results)....wishing everyone a peaceful and healthy life 🙏💖pps I wish to add that I feed a feral cat daily which comes around 3 times a day... I cannot catch the cat to take him to the vet for checkup as he hisses and runs away from anyone...this morning I was playing this music... the cat came ate and instead of living like he usually does he sat closed his eyes and stayed .....after lunch the cat is still there....he seems to enjoy it as much as all of us 😉💖🐾

Listening to this while I’m seven months pregnant, deeply relaxing and definitely helps with the back pain

You have a very strong body and mind to stay there doing that for three hours straight!

I was watching a totally different video about channeling... I was watching and asking the angels and ascending masters to help me with my back pain which is intense today.
