Movement in your lower abdomen likely signifies the merging of the elemental energies inside of you. Chinese refer to it as Qi. Or Ki in Japanese. Prana in India. The holy spirit. Did you put on or somehow added or created visual effects of what each bowl's vibration would look like? Because I can see something like smokey wispy images moving softly expanding around the bowl as you play it.
