In Europe. I am not particurarly strong, but I can deadlift 140 kgs for some good rep, but I know no one else in my gym who can. That said, I've been lifting weights from not even two years, and shooting for 160 .

Every time I lift something super heavy I get excited, then I realize there are people like Brian or Thor out there and I get depressed again. But its good motivation to keep going even though ill never get anywhere near this level.

I love lifting weights and pushing my body to the limit. I am not near as strong as these professional strong men. But, they are blessed to have financial support and medical support. I live on the navajo reservation and when I tore my pecs repping 275. I still can't afford to repair it with surgery.

Matthew Livingston how bad of a pec tear ? many athletes have partial tears and they do not get surgery for it. proper stretching. going light with the weights, and other things but mostly rehab/stretching/rolling for increased blood flow in that direct area. if its reallly badly torn and u cant even raise ur arm at all then thats a sign that its torn off
