Yes it is. It's a lot of fun to make bait and a lot of fun to fish with it. For the last two years I have been fishing only with baits that I make myself.

We don't have GT in the Caribbean but we have Eagle Rays and those are brutally powerful. Even with 65 lbs braid on, they still destroy you!!
