I don’t drink and admire that you’re straight edge in a world where everyone is constantly numbing themselves

Woke up this morning with a bad dose of the "mental shits". Bed at 2am, aawake at 4 for no reason and not happy about it. Made a coffee, switched on the PC and at 5am on the dot, I get a notification that Briggsy's back!!! I guess the universe was as stoked about your upload as I am mate and woke me up in time to be one of the first few to watch it. That thing with the cops mate. I have the same sort of face it seems. Or at least I did when I was younger anyway. One year on the week before Christmas, I was pulled no less than 8 times in 4 days for suspicion of drink driving. It was literally on my way to work and then on my way home again. Like you, it had been donkeys years since my last drink and as much as I fully empathise with the "why" of it all, it really got on my tits that it would be the same small town cop (I live in a small town!) each time. The ironic thing is that a decade or two later and the same bloke makes the local rag for getting caught drink driving. Finding that out really made my day, if I'm honest mate :D Anyways, good to have you back on the screen and I'm already looking forward to the next ton of hours you've put into fliming, editing and I hope chucking a bit of home grown music in with the next one ( hint, hint ;) )

Haha hint hint aye, I'm well into stranded part 4 for morningtide but ran out of coin so had to come back do a couple briggsy edits then i'll be back to MTF... been a long time between MTF films, looks like we're gunna get an editor for em soon.

Everyone will live longer by keeping clean & dry at first it sucks the big one but that will pass !! I love watching your adventures it's awesome when you catch & cook !

Cheers Bro, feels a bit weird just cus Morningtide needs some serious love and now that we're living off these other channels there's no time for MTF films. We're looking at hiring an editor so hopefully next year there will be a few more MTF films coming out!

BRIGGSY!!! I was just asking Cavy the other day if you had any vids you were working on. That sucks big time being profiled like that by the police. I cannot imagine and I feel for anyone who deals with that on a regular basis. Holy sh**, if that second GT was 14kg, then Rhino's must have been close to 30 for sure! Imagine all the fish you said were about 15kg that were so much bigger than that. I have often wondered why you never weigh any of your fish - glad to see it being done, cuz I am the worst guesser. Hi Mate, yeah I shoot in the flat colour setting with protune, low sharpness and -0.5 exposure, then grade it. It can make a pretty big difference for brighter shots (that if ur just on normal settings can blow way out). Also, I mostly shoot superview at 2.7k so can crop in on footage a bit with out losing too much quality.
