dr, been using topical min for 45 days now, with 3mg/wk of fin for the same time. when can I expect to to see decent results. im 62, decent hair, with a slight beginning of thinning mid scalp

for me it took 3 months of taking fin to see results. and 3 months is also good enough to see a hair growth knowing that it takes hair at least 2 months for hair to start growing back again

Half Dosing of 10% vs. 5% Standard Dose: If you take a half dose of a substance that is originally at a concentration of 10%, you would be taking 5% of the original concentration. This is because half of 10% is 5%. So, taking a half dose of 10% is equivalent to taking a 5% standard dose. Doubling the 5% Dose vs. 10% Standard Dose: Doubling a dosage involves multiplying the original dosage by 2. If the original concentration is 5% and you double the dose, you're effectively taking 10% of the original concentration. So, doubling the 5% dose is equivalent to taking a 10% standard dose. Did you continue the 10% or 5% what is the result now. Did hair grow thicker after using 10 % continuously. Did hair shedding in the initial days after switching 5 to 10 percent.

@@khaldonhomsi9665 there are multiple videos on topic. He suggests 1 time per day, half life is 18-20-ish hours. 80% absorption at 2-4 hours. Don't quote me on time, but once a day I'm certain.

If you respond to 5 percent minoxidil and you don't need to use 10 percent minoxidil because 10 percent minoxidil is for people who have no response to 5 percent minoxidil
