tata1mg let me share something that most people wouldn't tell others. at the beginning of 2022, my hair was thick and dense, but by the end of the year, i started experiencing significant hair loss, losing both thickness and density. however, i was able to control my hair fall by adopting several healthy habits. firstly, i stopped eating junk food and started exercising for just 15 minutes every day to boost blood circulation. secondly, i began drinking lukewarm water on an empty stomach every morning to aid in detoxification. lastly, i switched to using safe and natural cocoonion shampoo and oil from littleextra, and i now massage my hair twice a week and wash it after a couple of hours. as a result, my hair fall has reduced, and i even see new hair growth on my scalp. the bottom line is that by altering our lifestyles and adopting good habits, we can control hair fall.

You should continue using minoxidil till your doctor has advised. However, along with the medicine, you also need to adopt a protein-rich diet so that your hair follicles become naturally strong. Eventually you can stop using minoxidil according to your doctor’s opinion :)

Take a shower and dry your hair thoroughly apply for , male apply ( 5 % concentrated minoxidil) for female apply ( 2 % concentrated minoxidil) preferably 1 ml. Once you apply it. Don't use anything else, cause nothing else should interact with it for about 6 hr and most importantly, Apply it on your scalp not on the hair. I hope this solves most of the doubts.

Mai minoxidil 2% use ker rehi hu fifteen days ho gaya hai at morning and in evening. Kuch side effects huwa jab first try kiya kuch itching huwa phir ab thik hai itchiness bandh ho gaya aur dandruff bhi chala gaya. I wanted to know what will happen if I stop using minoxidil... like you've said... The result was harsh... My hair started falling... But now it's ok... You have to be very cautious with your hair... Otherwise not today or later, you'll be completely bald...

I have used herbal hair oil from Patanjali for few months and stopped using it. Whatever hairs I have gained, it's still on my head after 6 years. I'm 37 yrs now. Nil side effect.

Don't use it. Later it will result increas in hair fall. I used minoxidal in last year of graduation (2019)I saw improvement but by the end of April 2020 I almost lost my front hair like a 45 year old man. My hair became so thin that it almost looked टकला. I stopped using minoxidal and started good diet head upside down exercise.। Started Eating almond and kismis and lemon water everyday. And now i in 2022november I have good hair. Not fully recovered but it's doesn't look like takla now. So I think using upside down exercise and good diet will help u guys. I can show u my photo from 2020photo and 2022 photo.. I also avoided street food junk foood ad drincks guys.। Trust me it will help u very much

No. Apply the minox 1 hour before bed & as soon as you get up. It soaks into your scalp, wash your hair twice a week with caffeine shampoo

I m using minoxidil 5% before 2 months I have got alot of hair it's working but I was using solution now my question is that can I use FOAM one because foam is available every where but SOLUTION one is very hard to get pls is it better to use form or not ??because before I used solution 5% minoxidile

You should use it after washing your hair. Wash your hair, dry it properly and then apply minoxidil on your scalp :)

It means after good results or after 3 months if a person will stop using this then hair fall will start again

@@hanism9737 you will notice reduced hairfall after 3rd month of use and it doesn't help in growing hairline for that you have to go for plantation honestly my hair on is little better but scalp is still visible
