Watching this video a month ago, I didn’t know what porosity my hair was so it wasn’t beneficial until now. I have very high porosity hair & vids like this is very helpful!

Your hair will grow! Mines been growing and I don’t even mess with it. Just leave it alone, wash it, and let it go

1. Condition hair on regular basis. Deep condition at least once a week 2. Need a leav in conditioner 2-3 times a week. maybe everyday 3. Seal in the coditioner.. Use heavy oils ( jojoba, castor) 4. Thick shea butters to loc it in.. and also use cold water 5. stay away from, Harsh ingrediants , over exposure to heat, parabens, sulfate, cant get it blow dried.. 6. Use protein treatments… Protein treatment fills in weak places

@@pmkye so sorry! leave in conditioner at least twice a week.. actual conditioner and also deep condition on a weekly basis. me i deep condition every thursday, then just regular conditioner on Mondays, leave in conditioner at least twice a week. I personally use leave in conditioner & (LOC method) right after i condition or deep condition. that way i can lock in all types of goodness and moisture till the next condition day, which are Mons n Thurss. that conditioner is really what saves us lollll.

I have to deep condition every week at least, usually every 5-6 days with what I consider high porosity. My hair loves protein, I use a protein hair conditioner on wash days, and curling creams that have protein
