As someone who’s worked in corporate before and hated every fn minute of it I do not care what those arse kissing sheeple think. Lucky I don’t want to work in corporate that’s why I have locks. Its a shame black people feel like our image is our entire lives. Presentation is literally one thing... not everything. This is not an idea i think we should normalize or reinforce. How many soul food dishes do you see just thrown together on a plate but still taste amazing? Pictures often taken while its in a to-go box. Good vid I was actually pondering about this as well. I have dreadlocks and oftentimes I'm like does it make you look masculine and mature but personally I like having locs I believe it makes me more authentic and unique in ways of expression. I do believe if you're out of college I think if someone has like a mohawk I'm like mhmmm maybe a different selection would be ideal. Mohawk dreads are different I feel like you can rock that at a mature age.

Nah that white chalk hair line stye gotta be a local thing. Ive never seen or heard of anyone honestly doing that or going out in public. But i agree with the rest of the styles especially the last tip. In corporate world you have to maintain it properly or you will get the side eye looks.
