Top Medical Body Reveals Ideal Indian Diet | Vantage with Palki Sharma

Top Medical Body Reveals Ideal Indian Diet | Vantage with Palki Sharma
India's top medical body, the Indian Council of Medical Research, has updated its dietary suggestions for Indians. The report claims that around 56% of all diseases in India are linked to diet. ICMR has outlined 17 guidelines including cutting down on salt, limiting consumption of oil, staying away from protein supplements and reading product labels to make healthy choices. The diet plan has been released at a time when Indian food products are being accused of "high contamination" abroad. Multiple Indian spice products have been banned in foreign markets like Singapore and Hong Kong. How did these products pass India's quality checks? Why is the Indian food safety regulator failing? Palki Sharma tells you.

I don't drink Tea, Coffee ☕ Unnecessary I drink Tea only when too much Cold 🥶 or i am Sick 🤢 with throat Tea has both medicinal properties (Specially when used with Ayurvedic Medicine) & harmful substance also It should be consumed within limits only when needed (in Ayurvedic Way) or if too much cold & other Natural Drinks are not Present We should consume Fruits according to body type Specially in Morning or Afternoon, Dry Fruits - Raisins, Soaked Almonds, Chickpeas, etc Switch to better options Instead of Tea on Regular Basis which gives more & beneficial energy & Long Term Profits As study says Tea is originated in China, North East Bharat But i will say if a product is good then there no problem in consuming it but here product is a medicine it should be taken only when ill 🤧 or other type of medicine are not present or too much Cold 🥶 Mostly Europe has Cold Climate so they don't have much options in Food That doesn't mean we should follow them blindly If we have better option we should use them On hating with Britishers i will say when quit india moment is going on this thing is good but now don't do it uselessly on everything Adapt what is good for you, society, environment Ditch what is bad for you, society, environment 🙏

I brought Indian Street Food right from a Backstreet vendor off Bazaars Plaza Drive 😮🍛😋 The best food i ever had in my life and the streets are clean the traffic not much and the hotels fantastic... and The Women so beautiful and The Man so smart and stern... about everything, though i felt pretty safe even walking the streets at 2am in the morning and everyone had something busy to do. Though i eagerly avoided the Monkeys as they looked like all they wanted to do was steal ya food. ❤ed🇮🇳 & Palki Sharma 😘👩🏻‍🦱
