Attaboy Seulgi is usually the most stable singer in the group, but not in this performance. Read the comments in this video. Most of them are about Wendy. Wendy and all of the girls do a good job while singing and dancing and you can't point out a few performances where Wendy was tired from the constant back to back comebacks to say she needs to work on dancing while singing at the same time when the same can be said for all of them. Seulgi's vocals were weak in this performance and there's no dancing here. It's not a crime to be off every now and then, but overall Wendy is the best singer in this group and that's a fact. Not my opinion. Wendy does more than power vocals on ballads. You in denial like most in the fandom who sleeps on Wendy's multi talents. You're likely one of those who claims she's the worst dancer and the ugliest member. I find such comments bullshit. You need to rewatch this video. Not me. Peace.

@@meghana5183 it's bcs twice is more onto pop. Jyp songs aren't as versatile. They have catchy tunes and rap with very nice choreography that's why they always receive attention. However, rv is a versatile gg that almost tried every genre whereas to the groups u mentioned they are pure pop. As a reveluv, some tend to prefer the red and some prefer for the velvet side that's a huge variation of music they offer.

when i say blackvelvet is queen i mean it. they’re never act doing something not necessary to avoid singing live. lol

It’s kind of sad the Kpop industry focus so much on looks rather than actual singing skills or improving them. The encore stage really shows the true live singing of many artists. Red Velvet is definitely one of the very few that slayed from start to finish. I’m glad SM makes sure their artists have good vocal training, Red Velvet and Aespa encore stages are mind blowing.

I agree, this why I always say that sm has the best vocals. It upsets me that nowadays kpop it’s just about looks/dancing and not the ability to be able to sing well. They slap on 1-3 members who can sing well in a group of 4+ which really doesn’t make sense to me. They have the resources to make these idols singing better but they don’t even bother.

That's my second stan. I'm loyal to them. But I have to agree with this. Their vocals is cracking. They really have to practice and enhance their vocals. Feel bad about the criticism that girl receive after trying to pull something difficult.

Dank Wendy doesn’t sound strained and she barely strains. She’s just singing in a lower key. How is singing in a lower key straining? Also keep in mind a lot of these music shows are record in the middle of the night and they stay there for hours so they probably only get to rest when someone else is on stage. But Wendy isn’t straining and example of straining is seulgi. As much as I love her she was the most strained. But Wendy was just singing in a lower key.

Everytime Wendy goes up to the high notes, i tense up a little because I’m so scared that she might go off-tune (like how the other girls in a famous girl group sound like) but Wendy just pulls off everything so nicely with really good techniques!! 😍 STAN QUEENS!!!

I know what you’re saying. I have that feeling with other main vocalists but never with Wendy.. she is the only singer I don’t feel any discomfort or slightest bit of fear when she’s going to hit the high notes. She always execute them without any strain and sometimes I wonder if it’s really that high or hard to sing? Because she does it effortlessly
