@@KSE828 nah its just some one realizing the importance of editing, this outtakes are superb but they dont really have a place in the faster paced and more controlled editing of the show, they are outtakes for a reason, these actually feel a bit like a podcast, i would love a podcast with these 3

That first part, sadly, is quite often a law. I’m from Germany, in Germany you can lose your license for “participating in traffic” while being over the drink drive limit. You are also participating in traffic while walking, on a scooter a bicycle etc.

In the first clip where Jeremy jokes about getting a drunk driving ticket while walking actually happens in Canada. If you are drunk and walking home but have your car keys in your pocket the police can charge you with drunk driving and they do. I know lots of people who its happened to. The police say that if you have your car keys on you thats intent to drive while under the influence of alcohol. Even if youre nowhere near your car.

There is no way this holds up in court. Submit written complaints about those police, this is not even remotely close to holding legal water.

@@Stickmanzed LOL good luck fighting a dui in court. Not gonna happen. Especially when you are arguring your intent while drunk. Youd need a really expensive lawyer to have a chance. Not worth it.

@@Andrew_460nah. It's a very easy case to make. Having your keys on you is not intent to drive by a mile. Even a half assed lawyer would have this overturned in a couple sessions. I can already think of multiple different logical points I'd make and a few personal with the judge.

No, because with them together they are both harder to lose and by habit you’d basically never forget your car or house keys, therefore you always have the other as well. But the legalities regarding the scooter and the “intent to drive” is absurd. It’s like a friend saying that he’ll kill you for stealing their snack and then being arrested for intent to kill.
