ayahareさん あけましておめでとうございます🎍気になっていたキッチングッズ、知れて嬉しいです❣️ 今年の目標は、やりたいこと、やりたかったことをエイッと実現することです😂昨年、踏み出すところまで行ったのですが中途半端なので今年はやり遂げたいと思います❣️

TVでアヤハレさんを知りました。私にとって、この出逢いは2023年、宝物のひとつです🎉2024年、ダイエットのために、更に丁寧な食生活を心掛けようと、アヤハレさんのお陰で思うようになりました。ダイエットは色々してきましたが、今回、初めてオートミール生活をして、3週間が経ち、炭水化物で糖化していた身体が、外見も中身も激変していくことに実感しています。 興奮して、長くなりすみませんでした。今年も動画楽しみにしております。

使いやすい道具ばかりで参考になります！🎉いつも動画楽しみにしています😊

Thank you very much for sharing the utensils you use, I'm looking for the triangular bags that hold the rice balls. I can only find the plastic molds to make the dumplings. Do you have a place online to buy? I live in Portugal/EU, despite having many stores with food products from Japan or China, some specific things still cannot be found in local stores or online.

I agree, the OXO Good Grip products just feel so good in the hand, that they're worth paying the extra money to get exactly what you want! Especially if you don't have room for many kitchen items, it's good not to waste time or space with things you don't really like. I like a different kitchen scissors personally, but it is so important to try them out and have something that suits your own grip! My only worry about ceramic knives is that they seem so difficult to sharpen. I have had a small ceramic knife for a long time, but when I bring it to a kitchen store, they all advise me to simply buy a new knife instead of finding a place that can sharpen. 😞So instead I prefer to continue using my steel knives, which I can easily have sharpened every year. Your bag holder looks very nice, but I will confess, I just use and re-wash an old yogurt container for a countertop trash bin 😅 I also recommend using the ice cube tray for freezing sauces like pesto, or tomato paste - anything that is purchased in a large jar or can! I actually purchased the same silicone lids from IKEA this year after watching many recipes from your channel. I already own glass-and-metal lids for frying pans, but the silicone is perfect for microwave recipes like your egg-and-tofu soup. Wishing you all the best in the coming year, ayahare 🖤

アヤハレさんの動画が大好きです。説明も見やすく聞きやすくて 何度も見て聞いてます。今年の目標はアヤハレさんのように 食べるものに気を付けて生活することです。やはり体型に気を配って 生活したいです。というのも腹八分と分かっていながら美味しいすぎて どうしても食べ過ぎてしまうことなんです。後で食べ過ぎた事にやってしまった～と 思います。(´；ω；`)ｳｩｩ
