if you downloading games in under an hour and paying cheaper than the cheapest storage upgrade ill be suprised plus storage upgrade is a 1 time purchase not multiple reacuring pricy internet bill lol

The Sabrent Rocket heatsink is way ahead of the curve because all others you just put back the aluminum cap, while theirs actually is designed to use the PS5 fan.

Here in Brazil, the *Gigabyte Aorus* and the *Seagate Firecuda* are insanely expensive!!! Probably on account of their limited availability in the market over here.

Put the Crucial P5 Plus 2tb in mine. Got it on sale for $161.49 from a recent sale on Amazon. Appears to be faster than the stock internal. No regrets. Also grabbed a 2tb Crucial MX500 SSD and 3.1 adapter for $131.49 for external PS4 games. PS4 games play as fast and sometimes faster off the external ssd.

Because of your video, I suddenly consider Corsair MP600. I was sure I'm getting an Aprus 7000s, and Gigabyte already released a new product, 7300 which is faster than 7000s but cheaper...

What do you do if you follow all the steps and the playstation doesn’t know the ssd is in there? It just goes right to account selection and in the storage setting it is not listed. I have the firecuda 530

i have ssd external 500gb and internal ssd 4tb

Why move the all of the already stored games to the newly inserted m.2 ssd ? I'm not tech savvy and just bought a ps5 and the Kingston fury renegade 1t

If your PS5 doesn't boot, maybe the problem lies in the internal SSD because that's where the OS is installed.

@@hungrychad what I meant is it is stuck on ps logo, then it shutsdown, but when I remove my xpg ssd, the boot up has no problem, It will continue on. I don't know what happened on my xpg, it works first, I even moved some games, but then the next day I boot it up, it is now stuck on ps logo

WD is what I chose, due to Sony backing WD SSD's

You dont need an Heatsink on an PS5 NVME SSD that spec from Sony is simply an joke, the SSD never reaches near the Stress who you would need one... just save the Money and get an SSD without an Heatsink, at least for the PS5

9:05, yeah, if only that screw came out so easily. If I ever upgrade to a bigger drive that needs that hole, I can't install it. The screw head is completely stripped, and will not be comign out. I had to order another space with a screw for $10. I'd like to punch whoever tightened that screw down in the face. it was probably a robot though.

You should of gone bigger than a 1tb I would of gone with a 4 tb. Big mistake you made tbh

Just got a WD black SN850 for 159.99 when also getting a PS5 from Best Buy. Seems like a good deal.

I feel lucky. I picked up #6 for $58 on Amazon. Transfer around 80-100G a minute.
