    If someone has Quad aces how can someone else have a Royal flush? Do you mean a straight flush?

  • @Mqxwell

    @Mqxwell

    5 жыл бұрын

    A royal flush is ace through ten same suit. Let's say somebody gets pocket aces, diamonds and hearts, and then somebody else gets king queen both spades. The five cards on the table would be ace of spades, jack of spades, ten of spades, ace of clubs, and there's still room for another card. It 100% can happen and has happened on video (mentioned above). Really anything can happen within the rules of poker, it's all up to chance. I've seen quad aces happen twice in the same night at my table. Will say I've never personally seen a royal flush or even a straight flush.

    He had a one in 23 chance (the 6 cards he can see and the 7D and QD that would give him the straight flush), the 2% odds you can see (i.e. the 1 in 50 chance to which you refer) is rounded from the 1 in 46 chance that we, the viewers, can see (only we and Harman know she has QD) . Had he been all in before the river then he would have been unbelievably lucky or really really lucky and it would have been absolutely sick. Zeidman was assessing his options on the turn and when Harman raised to 3K he was thinking fold or call and see if the 7D or QD comes in, the 2K call wasn't putting him all in so it was good value to see the river.

    That last check was risky but hell of a play bra.. he trapped him .. I've never played at any real deal casinos but I've done alot of time in my 28years of life and spent a good majority of those days playing poker 5-8hrs a day.. some pods we had bullshit games, other times we had full tables with seasoned players and plenty money.. this particular hand was on a tier where we were playing big money was some official dudes.. about $600 in the bag altogether from the buy ins.. the one hand I'll never forget a guy got me like that, we were playing 3 hand Texas, you get 6 cards and must lock in 3 separate Texas hands, throwing a two card hand back after every flop until you're committed.. I had 10s over jacks, and dude had poker Jacks(4 of a kind).. I thought I had the best thing smoking, so after he checked it to me I bet him $20(a pretty big bet in prison) and he back raised me $100.. had me locked in with a decent sized boat, no way I could fold.. he smoked me good and sent me to the rack for the night lol over time he actually taught me how to use checks and betting I'm general to your advantage and made me the player I am today.. I definitely paid for the juice tho lmao

    Really unbelievable that they would botch a graphic like that! Especially on such a BIG hand!! One card changes so much in poker! Now, the way the action went here not a ton would have changed... IF 9h-10h guy actually had flush draw he woulda got raised out on the turn the way the action went. But it CERTAINLY would have made the River... different at the very least. Even though BOTH players probably didn't suspect each other had a flush draw (well obviously because there was NOT one...lol) but still... UNREAL.

    22:32 originally I thought when the king of hear hit the river that Feldman would have made his flush with the 9-10 of hearts that he was holding because it hit the third heart. But when the cameras switches to the overhead view you can see on the flop that Ace is a Diamond and not a Heart like it's been displaying in the graphics the entire time. I only noticed it after they showed the overhead because I was wondering if Durrr checked the river because he was scared that the flush came in and I was even more surprised that he went all in finding his opponent could have made his Heart flush on the river. But when the cameras showed the overview from the new camera angle that's when you see the A was in fact A♦️ and not the A♥️. Wish totally explains why her isn't scared to move all-in at that point in the game. Seriously though when the graphics are off like that it makes us as the guys think these guys might be idiots for doing certain things and then we see they actually had absolutely nothing to worry about. It what explains why the opponent made such a quick call. He couldn't have at all seen that straight coming and the odds of pocket Aces or even pocket Kinds (hitting on the river) seemed very unlikely to him.

    Ya I had to remind like 5 times before searching in the comments section. I was thinking how can Feldman be at 0% with a flush draw against a straight and 3 of a kind? At that point only a full house or 4 of a kind could beat him as well as a straight flush (which wasn't possible). Thanks for the clarification.
