Sadly it's exactly as you say Ederiece. There's such a huge number of new kpop bands trying to make it at any time that loads end up disappearing after just a few songs. Look at old examples who have become sort of cult since disbanding like Wonder Boyz and 5Dolls/Coed School. Sad times in kpop all the time.

There is a problem with underrated groups and groups disbanding. They usually give it a couple of years and after little to almost no success, the group disbands. Groups from larger companies like SM (EXO, f(x) etc) and YG (Blackpink, Bigbang, 2NE1 etc) have a much larger chance than groups from smaller companies. BTS for example are the only active group from their label and have made success, but they are one of the few unfortunately. A lot of groups are overlooked, and I try to listen to underrated songs as well as popular ones, which is why I like the K-Ville charts.

I'm not that into B1A4 so I can't say, but I still believe that VIXX are underrated tbh. They constantly release masterpieces that are kinda overlooked imo

NO YOU SHOULDN'T WATCH THE TOP 30 CHART!!! The top 30 is based off the staff of k-villes favourites for the week! The top 50 is based off of viewers votes and shows what is ACTUALLY popular at the time (the k-ville staff lean more towards indie and underrated artists)

that a good thing because you get more of a range of videos, all the top kpop video charts on KZread don't reflect the real music chart in south Korea. The GAON Chart is the real time sales chart for Korean music.

This isn't the top 50 list it's top 30 and this is voted by the K-ville staff top 50 is where all the people get to vote haha :D

that's not a real kchart btw ^^ k ville has two charts . top30 voted by staff and top50 voted by fans. but it's pretty legit. ^^ I would so watch you doing this every week. it gets you exposure to a lot of new stuff and you can chose the songs that you like to react to if you want

i too am not a big fan of the poppy songs i prefer something with impact doesn't necessarily have to be hip hop or r&b even some pop songs like gfriend's navillera (number 27 that you said was your fave so far) i like. i don't understand why some labels just keep spewing out these groups with boring dull pop songs, if you want groups to get far you gotta make it impactful look at some of the top groups most of their songs are remembered by people because they aren't weighted down by overdone pop style
