Yeah, I was like "it's very surprising that SHINee is not number 1 or not ranked higher on that list" haha Because seriously, even the song they made on that list, Married To The Music, was hard because that choreo was large, although it's not intense and hard like Lucifer and Everybody, or even Sherlock, but that dance actually showed a large size present on performance. And the fact that SHINee are not listed on top 5 or 10 really shows that that list was totally biased. The best dancers with difficult choreos are definitely SHINee, BTS, and Infinite. But the fact that these three are not listed on Top 5 or Top 10 are just surprising for me to see hahah

I like Good Boy by GD and Taeyang but I don't think it belongs on here.

i srsly disagree with this video. the fact that got7 was in here for "a" instead of "if you do" is crap. infinite was barely in here and somehow they were beaten by bb and 2pm. no, just no. wayyyy too much gg in here and not nearly enough gfriend

Maybe the maker meant the well known ones because to be honest I don't think icecream cake sould be up there it's not "one of the best dances" it's one of the most well known ones it still is kinda cool with the song but not one of the best in my opinion.

majority of the list was pretty shit but seriously growl as #1 is legit... although it depends what they mean by best choreo growl definitely made the biggest impact for it's choreo so many people learnt that dance and its still so distinctive, but I think in terms of best actual choreo and dancers bts, shinee, and infinite should've definitely featured more on this list

It should be considered that many of the girl groups dance in high heels which is really dangerous and difficult. I think that is the main reason why most of the dances lack energy and are more ''simple''.

That's true .. I've noticed that the groups with a sexy concept have a simple dance while groups with innocent/cute concept deliver more power (like Gfriend/lovelyz) but then you have the occasional cute group that refuses to break a sweat

I feel like this was defo someone's opinion rather than the actual best. Anyway welcome back! A couple of recommendations are Damnra by Ravi, Taste the Feeling, Mad City and Fire Truck by NCT 127, Ribbon by Beast (kinda slower), Monster and Lucky One by EXO, Sayonara Hitori by Taemin (this one is Japanese though), Black White (AB) by ZTAO (Chinese), Why by Taeyeon and Heartbreak Hotel by Tiffany.

Sadly 4MINUTE: disbanded after 7 years :( also, I love Boygroups more, their choreographies are more powerful. This list is dumb, sorry for that, but the dances here are not the best dances in kpop (not all the groups tho) but like, where's BAP? also, more BTS "Danger" and "Boy in Luv" are great, HISTORY, BLOCK B, NCT, MONSTA X, EXID, TEEN TOP, and more... I hope you can react to another list...a better list, this is ridiculous lol. Just my opinion.

I know I was like were's B.A.P at tho like there's one shot, warrior, power, and I'm basically boygroup type but I like I love gfriend and was surprised to just see one.

It's impossible to compare girls groups to boy groups dance. They should be in two separate vids. I don't like girls group because it's always aegyo or too sexy. But in either case it lacks power. A few girls group overcame the cliché (in some songs), among them 2NE1, 4minutes, the Ark and Mamamoo. Right now, Mamamoo is the only active girl group I stan. Let's see how BlackPink does.

First off - welcome BACK!! Been a minute. Those copyright infringements suck man. Yes, 4Minute disbanded. Hyuna came back with a new song just this week but the other girls didn't renew their contracts. 2NE1 are pretty much disbanded too. Minzy left YG. Anyway definitely check out Red Velvet's Ice Cream Cake (you made a mental note to check it out) - it's super catchy with amazing hooks. It's a jam. More recent tunes I think you'll enjoy: EXO - Monster Ravi - DamnRa Jay Park - Ain't no Party like an AOMG Party XIA - Rock the World Luna - Free Somebody Wonder Girls - Why So Lonely? Damn that's a long ass list but it's just the tip of the iceberg! Enjoy kpoppin!

That list was terrible tbh, they were good dances but not the best

You should watch blackpink- boombaya and whistle. They are a brand new kpop hip hop girl group. They are from the same company as 2ne1 and have already gained a ton of attention even though they just debuted two days ago.

Ok I'm a huge exo-l and I think they have great dancers and work really well as a team and have amazing choreo for performances but even I think this list was biased when it comes to dancing as a whole. They def should've been in the higher half of the list but number 1? Hmm.

Correction Growl didn't change anything in the K-pop dance world but what Growl did it bring a lot of non K-poper to move in the Hallyu wave. 2013 was the growl fever everybody became an exotic even me but that year was also the nastiest year in K-pop you guyz were so cruel to other fandom, you hack multiple accounts, you guys make suicide petition to someone well known,.... that is the principal reason why you don't see a lot of old K-popper like me they're all leave the Hallyu wave I could write an all paragraph on what you guys did and continues to do

Im sorry to rehash this convo, but you were talking about bts's choreo and how they move only on the refrain.... have you watched Danger choreo? I think their moves may be geometrical, but very Power/Stamina oriented. They may not be doing stuff in the entire song but its about the Presentation and polished look. some people might consider that Hard. Then there are more technical dances other groups have, also considered Hard. Heck even their N.O. is technical. I do think Growl should be high up. imo there are plenty of dances even from older groups that are still very impressive. Infinite's dances, for example. its a matter of opinion is all :)

It feels like this person did their favorite dances rather than the best dances which is fine but they probably should have put a disclaimer or something..

You need to watch Exo - Monster! It came out in June, and it seems like it would kind of fit your style. :)

teen top and b.a.p & infinite are personally the best at dancing bc they are always on point and unique as well idk why they weren't on the list (at least infinite was recognized for their talent)

you should check out vixx choreos they are always unique and linked to their concepts/songs/lyrics (hyde for example with the mirror dance or error with the cyborg dance and of course voodoo doll with all the stabbing). Also, very underrated speed their dances are actually so sick it's crazy. What u and don't tease me are my favs

I don't know who made th9s video... but no fucking way LOL to be honest, Shinee, BTS, Ikon, Infinite, Vixx (they aren't even here, this invalid the list 100%) and Got7 could fill the entire list. My top dancers are Taemin, J-hope and Taeyang (Seungri could be better than Taeyang but he isn't showing it that much lately).

When you said "My favorite one is 24k so far", i was like "Wait till you see BTS,if you like to feel energy and strenght while they dance, you are going to fall in love with them"

The person who made this list said they made it out of dances they have seen which explains why so many good dances were left out. They watched a bunch of dances and made a list out of it. The title shouldn't have been called Best K-pop Dances when they haven't seen a lot of the dances. The title was misleading.

ahhh i like all of seventeens sharp 13 member in-synic powerful dancers, self choreographed and creative dances

All groups have a concept they stick to and usually when girl groups debut they have a more innocent cute kind of concept until they get a bit older and they try different things after they have a solid fanbase. For boygroups they usually have a more tough guy concept which inherently also makes their dances stand out more. There are cases of girlgroups which didn't follow this "law" and have dances that stand out as well (GFriend is an example).

By 'best' I think the maker took fame into consideration .. from a dancer's perspective Girl's generation Gee for example is simple dance anyone can learn it, but some of the point dances became a huge hit hence making it top on the list

You should check out 'Hit the Stage' performances especially Taemin, Ten, Ukwon, Hoya, Shownu, and Momo.

SHINee is pronounced shiny :D :D From all the female idol groups I know, 2NE1 and 4Minute are the most...hip-hoppy, but I believe that Blackpink has the potential from the two mvs they've released. Brown Eyed Girls are also truly unique and usually tend to lean towards either aggressive side (*Sixth Sense*, *Kill Bill*) or the mature concepts (*Brave New World* and *Abracadabra*, a song and dance that's so legendary that even Psy decided to borrow one of the moves, and the member Ga-In, for his mv Gentleman). Considering female artists though, Yoon Mi Rae is the queen of hip-hop (followed by CL of 2NE1). She is currently in a mixed group, MFBTY, along with her husband Tiger JK (also a highly influential figure in the development of K hip-hop) and Bizzy. Please check out her songs *Sweet Dreams*, *Bang Diggy Bang Bang*, and *Get It In* (there's also an English version of this song, promoted under her English name; Tasha Reid, featuring Smokey Robotics). Cheetah and Jessi are also amazing solo female rappers :) :)

You should know that this list is extremely biased, but each person has their own different tastes so I guess these are what the creator believed to be the best. My personal favourite stage performances are; 1. SHINee - *Evil* @ SHINee World Concert III (they dance blindfolded!!!!!) 2. VIXX - *Error* @ KMF on 20141231 (everything about this performance is perfect!!! they're robots for this concept, and the way they embodied it, really makes one believe the boys are not human) 3. Infinite - *BTD* @ Show Music Core on 20110226 (after all these years, I'm still in awe of their super-synchronised moves) 4. Speed - *Don't Tease Me* @ Music Core on 20140222 (those tumbles and flips are amazing...and at the end, one of the members jumps about 10 feet up in the air!!) 5. SHINee - *Everybody* @ Tokyo Dome 2015 (four of the five members have intense high notes, and they killed it, even with the difficult choreography) 6. Taemin of SHINee - *Goodbye* (Korean version of his Japanese debut, Sayonara Hitori) @ Show Music Core 20160806 (the performance of this song on Hit The Stage along with the Japanese mv choreographer is beyond epic, and he definitely deserves first place) 7. SHINee - *Sherlock* @ KBS Song Festival on 20121228 (Taemin's legendary wardrobe malfunction lol) Please react to some of these?

The #1 thing that stood out to me was that EXO was featured 3 times, and placed #1 for best choreography. Though I didn't agree with the order of these, I will say that EXO & SHINee definitely deserved to be featured.

Sonamoo has a hiphop kinda thing going with Deja-vu, Cushion, ... 4minute became a bit more "agressive" with crazy and hate, but they are not the most. You should dig up their older stuff like, "what you're doing today", "what's your name". I think the list was pretty well made but it is still the preference of the maker itself Cause dances like Lucifer of Shinee or even perfect man of Shinhwa should've been included. Although Gfriend was in their which I'm really glad for, they should've been in there with Rough instead of Glassbead. We can offcourse discuss this list with so many aspects but ugh. Let's just say it is a pretty well made list to the preference of the person.

If you like energetic and fast songs, you should definitely react to ToppDogg - "Say it" (or "Follow me", sometimes it's called that too) and "The Beat". Personally I don't like The Beat that much but a lot of people love it, maybe you'll like it too :) And they have great dances as well, I was kinda dissapointed that they weren't on this list

I'm a straight BTS fan but I've gotta admit EXO's choreography is lit. Who is their cheoreographer? Their concept and cheoreo always match perfectly.

I don’t like how a lot of people say boy group dances are more hard than girl group dances. (Not you but in general) 1: It depends on the choreo/song a dance doesn’t have to be fast or sharp to be hard. Those can be factors but they don’t determine the difficulty by themselves 2: Just because a dance is simple does NOT mean it’s easy. The dance may be simple but sometimes a song doesn’t need hard choreo. 3: If you disagree with the first 2, get yourself and 8 girls. Now do the dance to TWICE’s Dance The Night Away in sync exactly like them. Also memorise the lyrics. Still easy? Try singing the song while dancing. Now do it in the outfits TWICE had on. 4: Not every song needs fast/hard/complex choreo. Put BLACKPINK’s song ‘Stay’ over the choreo to ‘Boombayah’. It definitely does not fit. This works for both genders, actually. Put BTS’s song ‘Move’ over the choreo for ‘Fire’. 5: Don’t compare the choreography. A boy group’s choreo is obviously not going to consist of anything super feminine. A girl group choreo is not going to be very masculine. The only exceptions are coed groups who usually separate the genders or have them do different moves/have them dance together/interact with each other. This should definitely not be compared with either male or female because they have aspects of both. 6. Don’t dislike/like a group because of their gender. I could go on but this is long enough

More popular than best. You should check out Mansae though. It's a great routine, along with Good Boy as well.

I think the person that made the video was putting them in order for more "iconic" dances. Because most of these dances weren't dances that were really good or hard, they were just one of the groups more iconic dances. I.e. Growl, Gee, Dope. Though all those groups and songs are good.

As for different groups like 2ne1 or 4minute I would recommend: Mamamoo, F(x), Sonamoo and black pink. Also even though it's not a girl group (it's a sm and jyp sub unit consisting of: Hyoyeon of snsd, Min of Miss A, Jo kwon of 2AM and Jyp) I recommend listening to Triple T Born to be wild. Maybe even react to it.

Nowhere should Big Bang be in a video like this? And the thing I notice with a few girl groups is that even though most groups concepts go for a more light hearted and cutesy feel, their dances are VERY vigorous and intense (ex GFriend and The Ark). Although not being hard hiphop/edm songs like many mainstream boy groups, many girl groups have pretty hard dances.

2ne1 and 4minute are definitely more fierce than other girlgroups. 4minute has disbanded and Hyuna is now a solo artist. Minzy from 2ne1 has left but 2ne1 will apparently continue as a three-member group. YG which is the agency of 2ne1 and BIGBANG will debut a new girlgroup on August 8th called BLACKPINK which will be supposedly more hiphop and fierce like the other YG artists. Their new songs will be called BOOMBAYEH and WHISTLE. You should definitely react to those because there is a lot of hype and anticipation. Fans have been waiting about 4 years for them to debut. Another girlgroup which is fierce is G.I ( Global icon ) but they haven't had a comeback in a long time. You can look up G.I's songs "Gi Yeuk" and "Beatles".

Gotta agree with people here, this list of Top 35 Kpop Dances is very idiosyncratic. I'd have 10 of these, but the other 25 would really show some DANCE skillz! You really should check out SEVENTEEN - Mansae because the best parts of that dance were NOT even shown here! And their live performances really show what they can do, so check those out too!

K pop generally when it comes to girl groups, they are either sexy like Sistar,AOA,EXID, girls day etc... or cutesy like Lovleyz, A-pink, etc.. Which cool and all but i prefer variety. There are a few exceptions when it comes to the fierce side., 2ne1, black pink, 4minute etc..and then theres the dance side, Red velvet, Gfriend, Girls Generation, F(x), the ark(disbanded sadly if im correct about that) I honestly wish there were more fierce and or dance girl groups in kpop, but in Jpop there are a lot *E-girls dance with me now* is one example~

Nobody actually answered his request lol. So I guess I'll tell ya what I know. Besides 2ne1 and 4Minute I recommend you check out The Ark. They're whole group has incredibly powerful dancers. You can look up some of their covers they did for Exo and Bts. They covered a lot of the boy groups hard core dances and did them just as well as the boys. And if you don't mind solo artists then there's Amber Liu. She's originally from F(x) but she did go solo for a while. She's one of the best female hip hop dancers out there and fun fact: She's American. Well that's what I got for ya. Check em out and maybe lemme know what you think!
