Chinese, Russians and the polish have hands down the best weightlifting training system on the planet I would say the Georgians do aswell.

What are you talking about? The Chinese yes, but the rest you mentioned suck. Maybe add North Koreans, Columbians and Armenians but that's it. The Chinese dominate the sport.

I wouldn’t say they “suck” but not as dominant as the Chinese? Yes obviously but we have to remember where the Chinese got their training origins from...? The Russian system during the soviet era when the Russians were literally the dominant nation in weightlifting . 1960s-1990s I’ll throw in the Armenians and North Koreans. And Iran but I wouldn’t call Poland “sucky” they’re the better competitor in Western Europe atleast to my knowledge

Don't do the snatches and clean and jerks as fast as you need to, do them as fast as possible even when you don't need to

If you back is rounded , and your chest is on the other side of your back therefore your chest is also rounded.
