    I'm going to put a few large caveats on Ryan's game vs the Packers: 1. The Packers preferred #1 CB was Sam Shields, who was signed as an UDFA. Their #1 CB in that game was LaDarius Gunter, also a UDFA 2. Most of the Packers caught the flu the week prior to the game 3. That team was all Rodgers and exemplified the "we don't need to invest in the team, Aaron will bail us out" mentality of the Ted Thompson Packers.

    Now we just need to adjust QB stats for having TDs taken away from them because running plays were called near the goal line (Troy Aikman syndrome) and QB stats being inflated for vulturing TDs away from running backs (Cam Newton)

    I just want to point out that nearly 100 of Brady's SB 52 yards were meaningless yards at the end of each where he threw wide open passes against prevent defenses as time was running out.

    They were within a score of tying, so not meaningless yards. There is a reason that the fumble sealed the game, as without the fumble, the pats still had a opportunity to tie the game.

    @@EpixSt33Lz At the end of the first half, he threw two wide-open check downs that went for nearly 50 yards with a few seconds on the clock and no timeouts. On the last drive, all the Eagles defense was trying to do was not allow the Pats to get major pass plays, so Brady had easy throws to add nearly 50 more yards. So yes, his passing yards were padded.

    Mahome's value is largely in his ability to pick up any short yardage situation with his feet. No defense ever seems to be able to stop him late in games, besides the Bengals who decided to do a late hit and lose anyway.
