It is called an impeller, not rotor.
Any time my vehicle broke they fixed it. For pennies. Geniuses. Self taught totally.

All of you do such a wonderful job fixing, building and repairing things. But I don't understand why your country looks so run down. The buildings, roads and surrounding areas looks like no one keeps up the area. I'll bet if all of you got together and fixed up that place it would make you feel better about living there.
