Under these circumstances I must say: good job guys, good job!

Good job on fixing a transmission with minimum tools and spare parts. Removing and replacing the transmission in the middle of a roadway in the dark is no easy feat either. It is interesting to see how they lift up the transmission to bolt it in. Good job of making the video.

You'd never see them fix a transmission on the side of the highway in Canada or be allowed to. But that's what I love about this channel.

коробку которую и не ставили на авто.масло есть в кпп а шестеренки с солидолом в подшипниках а масла нету на шестернях.Ну пакистанцы обосрались конкретно с накручиванием лайков под видео)).ай да мастера по ремонту))

That was slick. Ingenuity. Hope they put oil in the transmission. I may try out that hoist method.

До стоянки доехать хватит. Если свернуло 50-60 hrc, то электродный слой сотрет еще быстрей, плюс внешнюю часть роликового подшипника так и оставили поврежденной, а учитывая, что грузят сверх нормы в грузовики, остается лишь надеяться и верить.

Ага! Вы видели как чувак забил молотком последний ролик в первичный вал? Это значит что ролики там вращается не будут, для нормальной работы роликового подшипника между роликами должен быть небольшой зазор, а ещё им неизвестно такое понятие как цементация рабочих поверхностей 😁

They certainly took the "temper" out of that shaft when they welded it and the gears closest to the weld. I wonder how long it could last?

Think what these guys could get done if they had one of our garages full of tools.

Because you have to dismantle the truck on the street, you put others at risk, the highway patrol has to make the driver call a tow truck and take the truck to an appropriate location for repairs.

Для стятия и установки КПП мы использовали колесные камеры, накачивая - поднимали, спуская - опускали.

See that bluing on the end of the main shaft where they were welding. That means the tempering is messed up and the shaft is softer where it has been heat affected. My money would be on that toothed section stripping out after some use, either that or the bearing failing in the end of the first motion shaft due to swarf building up.

Видно КПП работотало под большими нагрузками и низким уровнем масла которое не достовало до первичного вала, и вообще вместо трансмиссионного масла какая-то отработка залита была.

미션 오일이 너무 적게 주입 된 것 같아 보이는군요.

Didn't have oil when they pulled it down. Probably why it was stuffed. What I want to know is have they ever heard of hardening and tempering metal. They might have fixed it but I wouldn't put any guarantees on the work.

This street is the most clean workspace I ever saw in PK.

This was all made for you tube it was a old gear box put back in and then taken out i have never seen a bellhousing so clean and with no oil in the gearbox it was all acting come on and repairing the main shelf with arkwhelding would not last a day but we all like a comedy show 😂
