The Mustang One was ,in my opinion a decoy to get baby boomers dream of a sports car while getting GM lost on what Ford was really going to do.They tricked GM into thinking they were going after the Corvette , but they actually wanted defeat the Corvair with a restyled Falcon.Little did Ford know they would create the Pony Car.Good video and thanks for the opportunity.

The AMC AMX 3 prototype is a beautiful car. Too bad it never got out of the prototype phase.

Indeed, it's truly a pity that AMC couldn't bring the AMC AMX/3 into mass production. Only six prototypes of this model were ever made, making them extremely rare and special. The AMX/3 could have opened a whole new chapter in the history of American automotive design, offering a unique combination of style and performance. It definitely represents a potential future path for the U.S. auto industry that many would have loved to see developed.
