Another tip, it's really important to maintain a consistent level of volume as you speak and not trail off and start mumbling/muttering (Lisa you did this a couple times throughout the video and it becomes difficult to understand you without captions or having the volume cranked and then when you do remember to speak more loudly the volume levels get blown out)

Appreciate the audio isn’t perfect here as I switched between computers to show the real experience between presenter and participant and turned my head away from the mic.

Hi! Love your videos! Is there a way in PowerPoint Presentation mode to have the content bigger on my screen? I have lots of spreadsheets with tiny numbers and they get even smaller in presentation mode with the box for notes and all of the other slides at the bottom. Thank you for any tips!
PowerPoint Live and recording meeting doesnt work to well for me, when i play back the recording after i have vanished from the recording and some of the content in the presentation is also missing like bullet points etc... does anyone get this?
Hi When sharing the ppt live i see the participants see the PPT background as pink. Is their any solution for this?

There is a newer easier way now which is to click the “present in Teams” button in PowerPoint, perhaps try that.
