A note that I did not see covered (what I originally came looking for): even if you are joining a meeting as an attendee (not the organizer of the meeting) you can still click the share button and present a Live Presentation exactly like described in this video. This is good to know because sometimes a customer creates the meeting invite even though you need to be doing the presenting. It was not clear to me if that would affect my ability to present. Happy to report it works just fine. Great video, thank you.

Can't you hit slide show while sharing PowerPoint window. And then audience will see full screen PowerPoint presentation.

The problem is I have used Slide zooming feature and it is not working. When I click on the slide which meant to be zoomed, it won't, rather it would go to the next slide which I don't want.

Does this improve video streaming? So that it's not choppy for everyone.

How do you record your screen? Does it work on MS 365 Family?

Not working. Only have the browse my computer option in the chat.

In my version presenter mode is hidden under "layout"->"stand out". And the slide itself is too small. I can't read the text. It is not like as shown here. Have to "View"->"focus on content". But then you miss seeing the audience. Or the ... and hide presenter view. But then you miss your notes and row of bottom slides. So be sure you use large fonts in your slides.

Hi! For some reason I don't have the powerpoint live section in my teams, it's simply not there. I tried tons of things like reinstalling the desktop app etc but it just won't show up. The Microsoft support website isn't helping. Do you have an idea what might be the issue here?

I'm facing the same issue! Did you end up finding a way to access the powerpoint live section on Teams?

If you click on a link, is there any way to go to share a screen and walk someone through a page, then come back to your presentation without having to reload the PPT live and start from the beginning?

I just downloaded Teams and the powerpoint live section does not exist on the free Teams version I think. Any ideas on any alternative ways?

What if, I have added multiple animation on my PowerPoint presentation. So when I present my slides in PowerPoint live mode, the animations will be played automatically?

Best way? Don't. Use regular PPT and share your screen, otherwise you'll lose content on the recording playback.
