From my honest opinion, the editor did a good job, didnt cut out the part where the lobster wasn't fresh enough. i also really like the staff comments about the dishes. Good Job Guys!

Lobster is fresh... but probably the tenderness of the meat is due to the type of lobster served - likely not from Australia which typically tastes better than those from Malaysia for example.

I beg to differ, the best zi char place in singapore is in Chinatown Complex, Claypot and Cooked Food Kitchen. Which is operated by Hong Kor, he operating hours is only 4 hours from tuesday friday. I ever seen his stall 9.45am they stop taking order on public holiday.

I’m disappointed as today I learnt, overkill is not a fair judge of food. I personally feel Ben Yeo’s steamboat is not one of the top steamboats, and is average at best. Price point is high for the quality and popularity is shown through the queues vis a vis the other popular stores. The store is only there and covered by social media greatly mainly because of Ben Yeo’s influence. Positive reviews may also be due to that the reviewers may not have tried other places which offer better taste and better prices

You can feel how u feel and that’s your prerogative, we personally enjoy it because it’s a 5 mins walk from our office and we do eat it often. And if u look back our older videos, we already organically featured it cause we love it. It’s like we can’t have our preference and not be judged 😝 - Ryan
