All Information are completely legit ... But one thing i would like to ask , wouldn't it be better if someone use slow tempo in dumbbell variation of BP , coz the barbell bench press doesn't allow you to do horizontal aduction which is one of the major function of pectorialis muscle , while with Dumbbells, one can get better stretch at bottom since elbows can travel more in the bottom better contraction at the top ... I've always used Barbell Bp for increase in strength and Dumbbells for hypertrophy work... Ofc Hypertrophy can be achieved with barbells too... I hope i made my point clear ...
