sir all points were very well put in simpler words, but you missed a point that metabolism adaptation has a upper and a lower limit too it, because people wont be dying due to hunger or people wont be way too much obese if this wasn't soo... keep creating great content :)

Hi Navjot, I have started watching ur videos for the past one and half months only and am following u religiously ever since then. For the last one and half months, I have started working out in a simple gym, on my own, with the help of ur videos. My diet is also within my calorie budget with 2 scoops whey protein regularly. I have gained strength in the gym in last 2 weeks and am able to lift 40-50 kgs (increasing it further) on lat pull machine. The problem is my weight is still the same with 100-200 gms fluctuations everyday. I am 5ft 4" and current weight is 72+ whereas my ideal weight should be 54. What I am trying to say that I used to shed at least 3-4kgs whenever I started working out in the past. But now I am unable to do so, even if having 35% of body fat. Please tell me what I am doing wrong or what should I change to reduce this fat percentage. Counting on u.😊

Hello. I have a question. I'm on a journey of losing fat. I have been in a calorie deficit for 3 months. It has given me tremendous results. However now I have reached the point where I am not losing fat/weight anymore with the deficit diet so this is the time to change the diet into a surplus diet. I'm doing it and also included resistance training. Now my question is for how long should I be doing the surplus diet before going back to the deficit diet again? What will I be looking for which will indicate that my body is ready to go back to the deficit diet?
