Hello Joe , I’ve bought a swiss bar based on your recommendation. It’s really helped my anterior delts and in turn improved my bench press. Mick Toland, Midlands, England

Awesome content- how low do you go on barbell seated presses?

Many of these suggestions are very logical and convince me to try them but on this I'm gonna stick with the traditional standing overhead press with a barbell (like Starting Strength style). Along with squats and RDLs it finishes off my core so I don't have to do any extra ab work and keeping the core strong isn't exactly a bad thing in everyday life anyway.

bro converging neutral machine press of techo gym imo is like swiss bar stuff since it allows to tuck elbows in a lot and it converges, plus it's a machine so there should be load also on the top, my gym doesn't have swiss fuck hahahaha

Ihave seen many people use plates or bars or dumbbells for hit front dealts ,and ido that for variation not for different angle cuz all are the same

At least for the barbell that’s too far down for me. I prefer continuous tension but not going as far down due to injuries and incorporating the chest as well.

Hey coach, just found this channel and I love it, I have one question to you, well I started my cut at 187 lbs and cut down to 158 lbs, I got pretty lean, got veins everywhere, but my muscle separation doesn’t seems like I was hoping for, for instance my abs doesn’t have deep cuts and definition. Can it be ab genetics or I have to get even leaner? My height is 5,9

I’ve been working out for a while, on and off. My chest is developed however my front felt is non existent as well as my upper chest. Have you ever seen this before? I’ve been focusing so much on the past 2 years on incline chest and front delt work and I see the smallest difference. Still very much lacking.

How about Arnold press, coach ? It allows for a huge ROM and its movement is kinda natural

could you pass your wisdom over non-responsive biceps for people who are growing everywhere else but struggle to feel any sort of curl in their biceps brachii, rather than the other forearm flexors? i'm looking more and more like a t-rex and nothing seems to work (less volume, more volume, heavy, light) and i'm stalled out in progression.

Strength science progressed a lot in the last decade and as you can see from this video, the way for maximum hypertrophy isnt the way the BIG guy in the gym told you about. (Just do pull-ups,bench,squat,dl heavy with some isolation etc etc etc.) If you wanna have the most out of your muscle you should train hard and smart, not just hard with big volume or 20 set per week and that bs. Joe Bennet is showing you how with every video.

@@rinesstrength1272 so why not someone use the edge of 5-10% doing the exersices the Joe says in his videos? And who said that compound movements fit your bodytype and skeletical construction? Cant everyone do squats with full depth, or High Bar squats or benchpress without pain in their shoulders.
