    Wow, I am really impressed. I love the slow-motion repeat. Really allows me to study the form, you know, for when I want to attempt this.

    Great dives! The 300-degree captain is my favorite. But the real question is whether it's possible to do a double back-flip off of a home diving board?? ;)

    Monkey+Cartwheel is just 👌🏻. That was definitely my favorite. I’m curious, was there a matrix for difficulty rankings?

    The difficulty rankings were made up by me 🤣 For the upcoming TOP 15 ADVANCED TRICKS video, they are sorted by order of when I was able to do them! (after many failed attempts!) THANKS FOR WATCHING MY CHANNEL !!!!!! 💕

    The scary thing is taking some of these to the 3 meter board at the public pool. That's what I'm thinking of doing tomorrow, which is why I'm watching these videos in anticipation. I mainly wanna do a laid out backflip and a standing gainer. But I'll probably end up keeping it at the 1 meter height

    Go big Echo! 😃 the hardest part about back layouts is how you’re going to do the run up. Hopefully this videos give you some good ideas! Nothing wrong with lots of 3M practice jumps to go get the feeling of time down! All the tricks will feel so slow!

    @@LeisureLuke - Thanks! I'm sorry to admit that i chickened out on all the 3m tricks. It's been so long since i did any. All i could get myself to do was 1m front flips and a failed front flip to hands-first dive. In the past I've done 1m gainers and back flips, and even 3m back flips. That was 7 years ago. I have to build myself back up. I think to just send any old thing from 1m diving board, you have to believe that messing up won't hurt too bad. Warm weather and warm enough water helps. Yesterday was cold on both counts. Alas, i live in Germany now instead of Hawaii.

    @@echo-trip-1 Also it's fun to try some of the old tricks, but water hurts so much more in person than it looks like it will on the video. When those 1.5 front flip dives go wrong... that can be a bummer! XD

  • @LeisureLuke

    The water depth is like 8ft 8in. :) I wish it was deeper! But that’s as deep as they make these standard residential pools here.

  • @LeisureLuke

    Yeah, that no hands dive is the only trick I’ve done that I’ve verbalized a “warning” before it. I’ve never tried a backwards version of that! But the danger factor is way too high in a 5ft pool. Best stick to the “hand in front” jumps. Have they got a diving board? I was thinking of doing a series of “tricks off the edge” without a diving board 🤔

  • @jakobj55

    @jakobj55

    @@LeisureLuke they haven’t got a diving board but a front flip is still pretty easy. Technically I could also do a backflip there but I’m only doing that in deeper water …. That series would be a great idea !
