Thank you so much for opening up . I've been struggling lately my fiance recently took on a new career as a truck driver . so he has been gone alot for the past 3 months. it's been a strain on our relationship. I have young children 5 and 1 . my five year old has been struggling at school with behavior . it definitely stems from not having her dad home. I'm home alone with the 1 year old all day ugh heidi it's a mess . I wish I had some so positive like you.
Needed this today! I came home feeling incredibly overwhelmed on the verge of a panic attack. I sat in my daughter’s nursery with white noise on and prayed. Took ten minutes and then forced myself to clean the kitchen up. Thank you for sharing these tips!
I have been feeling exactly like that the last few weeks at my job!! Been so stressed and overwhelmed and I’m just dying to break out of it and start my own company but every time I try to move one step forward that job pulls me back down like little crabs in a crab pot so thank you for giving us some tools and definitely some inspiration to get back up and tomorrow will be better 💛🙏🏻

#3 explains why I’ve been more emotional lately. I’ve been doing breathing meditations and EFT. I usually keep my emotions in so I’m not used to it. I’m the worst at being beneficially selfish.

Gosh, it really does help so much! Keeping our emotions in can be soooooo draining. Just remember that you are WORTH it and you deserve to take time for yourself!

Ciaoooo Heidi....you must to come to Italy, I'll take you to Venice for a gondola ride and then in the Dolomites mountains 1 hour from Venice... it's a beautiful peaceful place... you'll see ....stress goes away immediately 😅😅😅😅 Watched your video 3 times... thanks for your valuable advice!! Love yaaaaa😍 I like to see more upper body exercises!!!

This really helped me . I felt it when you spoke about self care. I'm a mom of 3 I get it when you took a breath I felt that your realness made me love you that much more. I'm trying to start my weight loss journey it's been tuff I'm a mom of a 5 month old and my partner is gone alot of the time for work. Were both trying to live a healthier lifestyle.
This came at a perfect time! So much changing at work and I am ready to change too!

I do the run in nature and meditate and I use the KZread video and it makes me feel great I get crabby if I don’t do it even my husband tell me to do it if he see me getting stressed plus I have a punch bag in my garden helps as well

Thank you so much. Staring at the dishes willing them to clean themselves. Gave myself permission to have a shower and cleanse tone and moisture Lots of deep breaths and tears Please talk about Abs again and making them strong after baby

I need help with this it's hard my partner is may only support system. I feel some times we enable each other to made bad eating habits
My to do list is exactly that... Brush my teeth, make the bed, drink the water 🤣
