How to Get Through Tough Times
If you are watching this, then I want you to take a moment and celebrate the fact that we did it. We survived 2020. We got through one of the hardest years that many of us have probably ever faced. And even though our hearts may have broken over and over again, we somehow managed to dig deep within ourselves and find the strength to push through.
I, for one, will forever be grateful for 2020. Even through my divorce. Even through my fear. Even through the chaos. Diamonds are created under pressure, guys. And it’s after they come out the other side that they’re able to shine brighter than ever before. I’m sharing how we can reframe the way we look at the craziest year we’ve ever experienced and use it as the catalyst to push ourselves toward our happiest year yet.

I totally agree, never said it better. Wish u were my close friend. Divorced 6 years tomorrow. January 1st. So glad now. I can see and feel and smell and touch, he took so much away. Now I can say I never will change it. Taught me so much about life and myself. Love u so much

I saved this on my history and each day I have a bad day I will play this. Thank u, I have NEVER loved myself. It’s alway take care of everyone else. I feel so hard it’s discussing. Now I can smile and play and laugh. It’s me first then God and my kids.

You are absolutely right ! this year has not been a failure but a great learning curve that will allow us to move forward and remember that even during a failure there is always a light on the horizon. Greetings from Lockdown UK January 2021. Thank you for is your uplifting video. I went through 2019/2020 caring for my husband who had a sudden diagnoses of aggressive lymphoma. It was such a difficult with everything else.... but I am stronger for the experience. It’s important to focus on what you have and I am eternally grateful my husband could have treatment and we are working through things... Keep well and stay safe 🤗
