What is a Pod Craftsman? Did you make tools (besides tattoo guns) and weapons? I also knew a guy who had a porn hustle. He was an incredible artist and could draw lifelike pictures. So he would draw nude women in what ever shape, size, and color you wanted on paper. Female prisons had a different kind of hustle, the makeup hustle. I saw a video on how they would fashion tools to scrap gout from between the wall bricks and use that to make a paste to mix pigment colors and they would make various makeup types (literally making foundation, blush, lipstick - pretty impressive actually) and have a salon makeup hustle. Apparently its a big no no in female prison and would get you thrown in the hole but it paid well and the ladies wanted to feel pretty every now and then.

Man I feel so misinformed before watching your stories Larry. My dad went in and out of jail and prison and I never believed his stories. I wasn’t very close to him, but after hearing your stories, it’s all true. Shits a crazy world and these experiences are really something else!! I could listen to this guy talk about literally anything. He’s such a talented story teller and you can tell he genuinely cares about people. You’re an inspiration Larry!

As a former Alabama prison widow, I find your vids spot on. There are some variations from state to state (Alabama among others have dorms, and honor sections that are less stress) but what you say is true. My guy died a free man from Lou Gehrig's disease in February. Funny how he made it through a 16 year term to go out like that!

this channel is so informative and love how larry tells it like it is. no sugar coating or beating around the bush

Hey Larry. I only came across your channel few days ago and I have already watched many videos. I love the educational content, and you are really great at telling stories. It's all very enjoyable. One thing especially has peaked my curiosity. Aren't you worried that you are sharing too much? You have, for instance, gone over in great detail the various hiding spots inmates use, and how they trick guards and so on. I can't see inmates bieng okay with you disclosing such information, for they wouldn't be able to get away with anything if all that becomes common knowledge. Does this worry you at all? And if not, why?

Ben Malleck hey Larry my old friend was a cociane kingpin leader in SoCal. He knew he would be busted, but he wasn’t a registered citizen. He got convicted for having weed in his car during a traffic stop. He went out on bail, and fled. He told me years before that he’d go to Buenos Aires.

the smartest people learned to work around each other. there were plenty of ways to earn and most people avoided trouble. other people not so much and yes then there was trouble

Only way he is making money like that from job corps is if he's an instructor or a security guard or someone who works there because residents only get a biweekly pay of 32$ at the center I went at or maybe he wasn't talk about job corps at all I don't know
