Chinatown Wars DLC

The Dodo plane was never meant to be flyable in GTA 3. That's why it's wings are clipped. It's more of a fun challenge, hence why it tells you how long you've flown.

I loved GTA VCS, still have the PS2, the memory card with the save file and the PS2 Game itself with me, just regretting i didnt get to finish it completely

Another feature I'm surprised you didn't mention is allowing Claude and Tommy to climb fences and be able to jump over small gaps that'll make it more modernized nowadays.

The clear water in Vice City is so beautiful, that’s one big thing I hope still looks the same

For me personally, I’m gonna take this as a last chance for Rockstar to prove they’re still good. If they do this the same way they did the mobile version of San Andreas, I’m gonna lose all faith in Rockstar as a company. Really hoping that this turns out good, especially considering the fact that the digital versions of the games have went offsale.

What about a "Mission replay" from the pause menu like TBOGT, RDR, GTAV, and RDR2. It would be very cool. Gives the acces to the players to replay their favourites missions without start a new game.

I agree that missions shouldn't be censored or removed. These games are not for kids at all, and *certain* audiences on twitter shouldn't influence companies into doing that garbage. Things I definitely would want for San Andreas, and SA desperately needs this, is to fix the clothing customization, which is painstakingly time consuming. The whole animation of walking in and out of the closet to try on each item of clothing is just slow, and absolutely mind numbing. And also, for all 3 games, especially SA, they should allow the player to buy back your weapons after either dying or getting arrested (Wasted/Busted). Similar to how Vice City Stories allows you to repurchase your weapons.

I made up a story in my head for why Vic looks different. I just pretended Lance killed Vic for not wanting to sell the drugs and then used someone else to fill in as his brother because Vic had the connections and without Vic, Lance couldn’t sell the drugs. Don’t know if it even makes sense but that’s what my kid brain thought up back in the day haha.

They should also add climbing animations. So that Claude and Tommy and scale walls. It would be so epic if rockstar added missions to these games. But that is just a hopeless wish. 😢

At least give Claude limited swimming ability because the Liberty City water is polluted. Also make sure that Tommy does swim. But have him swim like CJ does in San Andreas. Also add sharks if you need to. Just to be more accurate to the game manual on why the Vice city waters are avoidable to swim on.

I think you forgot one important thing: I hope they remake the Introduction of GTA SA, because there isn't a good quality version of it at all. And it would be so cool, if the new SA version starts of with the enhanced Introduction version before starting the real game.

The reason vic sounds and looks different is because they wanted the same voice actor as GTA vice city but he said he didn't want to voice the character again so they changed the look of his character and had Dorian missick voice him

GTA SA Multiplayer with SharePlay is so much fun. The Host can do cheat codes too and some of them affect the visitor like the All Guns Cheat. Or if you wanna be relaxed, play some pool, or if you're bloodthirsty but don't feel like roaming, find a Rampage Icon. It would blow my mind if they took it another step further and make it Online 2 Player. And yes I vote on Console Mods. If Bethesda can do it, R* can too. That would be really awesome. I strongly doubt they'll ever do it though.

Ain't no way rockstar allowing mods on consoles like Bethesda. Two reasons: 1. GTA is one of the most controversial games, over 7 games and they still wont allow stuff like children npc. 2. Rockstar would rather sell these mods as dlc items in store like every other games these days, throwing away cash for cosmetics and minor ingame features.

Ikr, the guy was in control of Vice city for 4 years, controlling numerous businesses across the islands and then he HIMSELF shows up at some random unchecked trade deal of cocaine he HIMSELF did not want to sell (back at VCS) and he looks like some old rag with a (spanish?) accent. They did Victor really dirty in the VC, good thing they remade him for VCS but they need to change him for upcoming remaster even if for one line

Great ideas and insight! Personally, I'd like to see them add up all of these games. I'd love to get some new radio stations, or expand the existing ones. I'd love the option to basically make your own playlist with the songs that are in the game. I think it'd be really cool if they added vehicles from each game to the others, so long as they fit into the games. I'd be happy to have more cars in each gsme, especially if they expand the customization in III and VC, and maybe add a better garage system that saves your vehicles more like GTA online or Mafia ii. I also wouldn't mind getting more clothing and outfit options for all three games.

They should do remasters of the two stories games too. Besides the fixes you suggest, all the games should have interiors and minigames like arcades, pool, bowling, pinball etc. from San Andreas and IV besides what the originals already had, plus San Andreas/Stories games safehouses for Vice City & 3. With the exception of the vercetti estate, the safe houses in those two games sucked ass.

Honestly I'd be pretty happy if they kept all the games almost exactly the same but gave you the option to change it to modern controls and maybe a graphics update

Make us be able to swim in the waters in Vice City without dying!

@insert if the next game location is Vice city it definitely should have a cartel criminal empire theme . Both Vice city games were like that . Vice city is not Los Santos . Gta 5 had a heist gang story ok but the next game should not be themed on that . The problem with gta 5 is they focused on heists so much they forgot to tell a strong story like the older gtas. Look at gta 4 and San Andreas . Both had 1 main heist and amazing stories . It’s also why GTA 5 had the weakest antagonist in the series Devon Weston . Don’t tell me you want that again ?

@@theprofessional155 thank you Professional for stating what GTA VI should do when they set in Vice City once again. Make it focus on the criminal business empire and drug cartel while telling a good storyline. Even have some good side stories.

The water = death mechanic also allows for the game to lock off later islands (e.g you can't just swim to Staunton Island while the bridge is blown up). I think the VCS systems (limited stamina in water followed by death) would be a fair compromise. My worry is they remove the cheat codes. SA had my favorites with disabled wanted level, flying cars, riot mode, recruit anyone, etc.

On the modding part, i remember there used to be a mod that added the maps of the other games to San Andreas, which was amazing. I also hope they add the gang missions to the rest of the map in San Andreas.

They should add like a classic mode where they keep everything how it was back then for the people that wanna play it that way and a modern mode with updates and fixes like swimming and pause and save and maybe able to flip cars over🤣 idk just an idea

You're better off with a PS2 emulator since it can run with a low end graphics card with 2gb of vram and 8 gb of ram. Also you can change settings from 1080p or 4k 60+ fps since it doesn't require that much gpu and cpu power

I don't even care if it's a giant upgrade or not I just wanna be able to play these 3 games from the comfort of my series X and not have to go find and buy a whole ass old console just to play them. I played vice city as a kid but never was able to beat as so I wanna get that off my bucket list. I'm happy with any graphical upgrades. It is funny though how people think it's gonna be on the same level as the Mafia remake though admittedly lmao.

It’d be nice to see these games remade to their full potential. There should be a reason why Rockstar took a year to finish this remastered trilogy.

The swimming thing would be nice for them to fix. Similar in Red Dead 1, John couldn't swim and in RDR2 they made it a story thing why John couldn't swim in that game either. With the GTA games due to limitations or what not, yeah they should make it so any character can swim. Great video Professional

Swimming and improving the shooting for gta 3 and vc would be awesome imo.

Personally I don't think that the Marty Chonks missions are more disturbing than torturing Mr.K or bring people for the cannibal cult in Gta 5...

Right? The 3D games are actually pretty tame compared to some of the missons in GTA V. Now, GTA 3's Darkel could give V a run for its money, but even then, I highly doubt the school bus missons was ever a real thing, or atleast involved children in any way, considering there is absolutely NOTHING in the files to suggest that there was EVER any models for children throughout the entire game.

@@dylanbivins847 They never portrayed children, dogs and cats on the streets, for obvious moral reasons. I think this Schoolbus mission is also a hoax. I can imagine the Darkel missions were rampage-like missions, nothing like killing children or do suicide bombing. You can definitely find more disturbing thing in Gta 5, than in Gta 3. Okay Asuka tortured Miguel in the cutscenes, but we just saw her beating him with a stick, which is not really cruel compare to liberate Mr. K from his teeth.

I'm really curious to see how the Trilogy will turn out. GTA San Andreas "Remastered" was shit, but if you look in a way, it was outsourced by Rockstar (made by WarDrum Studios), now this time, is Rockstar themselves (Rockstar Dundee), so I feel a little more optimistic. But anyway, let's wait for some real trailer and see if it's worth it.

They're remastering GTA V for next-gen consoles with no changes. How can you feel optimistic after that? Besides, just cause GTA San Andreas remaster was outsourced it doesn't mean that you shouldn't blame Rockstar for how shitty it was. Hell, in fact, you probably should blame Rockstar and only Rockstar for that. They knew it looked like shit and still allowed this to release not only on mobile, but also on PlayStation and Xbox consoles by replacing the original PlayStation 2 and Original Xbox versions.

If they say "Do us a low-effort cashgrab remaster" they'll do a low-effort cashgrab remaster. @@raccoonblue I'm pissed that they are releasing GTA V for a third time, and yes, Rockstar is to blame for the shitty remastered version. But it doesn't mean I shouldn't feel a little, just a little optmistic this time. This is Dundee's first project inside Rockstar, and after the backlash from GTA V E&E, I don't think they want to screw things this time, since these are classics, and also, they are porting it to a new engine, and it would be stupid if they didn't improve this game right this time, since Unreal Engine gives a lot more freedom than RenderWare. Still, I'll wait for the official trailers and screenshots to see if they really deserve my money or not.

With regards to the checkpoints on vehicle side missions (paramedic, vigilante, etc.), I think part of the experience was having to complete them all in one go. It is anxiety inducing and dreadful when you fail so far into one, I failed on level 12 paramedic in both GTA III and Vice City and was devastated. But when you do complete them it feels so gratifying! But after having recently beat all three trilogy games to 100% completion, I am so relieved I never have to touch a paramedic mission ever again. 😅

Another thing that I would actually like is that R* add the reskin option from the PC version of GTA III and VC to the consoles too, and even let the players to choose between Claude's default outfit and his prision outfit at least.

The dodo should be a bonus for 100%, the dodo was never meant to be able to fly, even before 911 they were traces to a clipped plane. It would be cool if when you hit 100% a fixed dodo spawns as a bonus Also personally I want to see a difficulty option in the campaign, maybe include Normal, Hard, and Extreme or something where you have to play the game in the difficulty before to unlock the new one, so you have to play normal first, then hard, then extreme. Each difficulty could spawn more powerful and harder enemies and lower timers

Funny enough, the paramedic missions were the last set I needed to achieve 100% in Vice City when it came out, and it took me almost 6 months of trying every day before I pulled it off. I usually failed around level 11 or 12 because I'd back up and a damn patient would run into me and die. Super frustrating, but I'm not gonna lie- when I did finally achieve it, omg it was the best feeling ever- tbh it still is one of my all time fav achievements for me in any game.

I proudly mastered the Dodo back in the day. All my friends were a bit jealous 😂

TheProfessional is always apologizing for the length of his videos, but I honestly enjoy the longer ones. They’re pleasant to listen to while I draw.

I don't think Tommy and Claude should be able to swim. It adds to their characters.

Why does nobody ever cite Air Raid as an example of a bad mission? Supply Lines is a piece of cake in comparison, especially if you go for the furthest away target first. Air Raid pissed me off so bad if I ever meet David Cross in real life I'll have to resist the temptation to punch him in the face for having to listen to his whiny mission fail dialogue on Air Raid 1,000 or so times.

When you go through Saint Marks in GTA 3 it’s like it predicted what GTA Online would be like.

They didn’t listen they censored the game they removed songs and didn’t fix missions such a wasted opportunity
